Staying at Cordial La Peregrina was an experience that genuinely resets your expectations of what a city hotel can offer. Right in the heart of Triana, you’re perfectly positioned to explore Las Palmas. Despite being so central, the hotel feels very calm and well insulated from the city. The reception team was very helpful from the start, offered recommendations and always checked in to make sure everything was doing OK. They answered all the questions we had about the city, places to visit, where to eat, local spots that weren’t too touristy... It made exploring the city much easier and more enjoyable. The rooftop is also a standout feature! They have a bar with a great atmosphere, and a pool to cool off when it’s hot. Overall, this goes beyond what you typically expect from a city hotel, we’d definitely return!

Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral, mitten in der historischen Altstadt. Man kann fußläufig viele, nette Restaurants erreichen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des super netten Mitarbeiters Alexander, der einen wirklich hervorragenden Job an der Rezeption macht! Er spricht fließend englisch, deutsch und natürlich spanisch. Auf dem Zimmer gibt es kostenloses Wasser und eine Kapselkaffeemaschine. Die Klimaanlage ist super leise und funktioniert einwandfrei. Parkhäuser sind in der Nähe. Man sollte aber darauf achten, dass man sonntags auch wieder hinauskommt. Am Besten Alexander fragen

Espectacular hotel boutique en la capital. Fui de finde largo con mi pareja y nos encantó. Ya había tomado algo en Rocktop, su azotea, pero nunca me había quedado allí. Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas, la limpieza es un puntazo a favor y el personal es amabilísimo. En cuanto a la ubicación, absolutamente top: está entre el casco antiguo y la zona comercial de Triana. Sin duda, repetiría mañana.

An unrivalled location in the historic centre of Las Palmas, Hotel Cordial La Peregrina is an ideal base from which to explore the city and island. Within the classic form of the building is an interior which is contemporary and restful. The historic photographs on the walls a reminder of the rich history of the city and Gran Canaria. My room on the first floor was generous in size with a good bed and well appointed bathroom with a walk-in shower for safety. Room cleaning was rigorous and thorough. The breakfast area is compact, so I made sure I was down early enough not to have to wait and have a good choice of breakfast items. Above all, the staff were unfailing helpful, which made my stay both pleasant and memorable. No request was too much trouble. I would definitely stay again.

One of the most functional and ergonomic hotel rooms that I have had the pleasure staying in. Ideally located the hotel has had contemporary makeover that is beautifully executed. From the digital drawer safe, to the bedside table with charging pad, or the huge rainhead shower, our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Definitely recommended.

Nice enough room in a great location. The breakfast was always delicious and the chef was always very accommodating of a gluten intolerance. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Loses the star because room 111 was very noisy - being in the main entrance area with loud partying guests and roof terrace users coming and going. Would definately stay again (but would ask for a quieter room away from the lobby)

This was our second stay at Hotel Boutique Cordial La Peregrina. We found the staff professional and friendly. The hotel is in an old building but has a very modern touch inside. Our room was clean, stylish and despite being on the ground floor it was quiet. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Las Palmas’ historic area, making it easy to explore on foot. We would happily return again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a boutique experience with genuine hospitality in Las Palmas.

Mi marido y yo quedamos una noche , la ubicación esta super céntrica, la cama y almohada super cómoda y grande. Te esper agua fresca en la nevera y también te dejan capsulas de café. Muy limpio . En la azotea hay un bar con una piscina pequeña pero bastante para disfrutar un buen rato con un coctel fresquito. Muy recomendable.

This hotel is a beautiful modern gem in a historic city. Room was spotless, bed was super comfortable and you can even sign into your Netflix! Tea/coffee and water was provided complementary and there is a mini fridge too where you can keep your drinks/snacks cool. The roof top bar/pool was just perfect. A quiet retreat during the day, with a small pool to dip in, and a chilled ambiance by evening, with cocktails and snacks available to purchase. The staff were incredibly welcoming and extremely helpful in providing us with support and information about getting around and travelling to the south of the island. Very well located. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants around and a super market just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I come back to Las Palmas.

El personal, la verdad es que Nico nos atendió muy muy bien y la verdad es que fue muy agradable a pesar de que la tablet daba problema nos hizo pasar un rato agradable hasta solucionar el problema y la habitación del hotel fue de los mejores que he visto hasta ahora, las camas super cómodas y el baño igual de cómodo. What a beautiful hotel! The staff were so friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We forgot our adaptors, the staff kindly gave us some to use. The rooftop pool is beautiful with comfortable beds and seating around, a lovely rooftop bar and a beautiful setting. Pool towels were included. The rooms were clean and had air con/heating that worked well. There was a large tv, plenty of storage, a coffee pod machine, phone charging bedside tables, kettle and a fridge. The safe was free to use. Located centrally with lots of lovely restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The two main bus routes are nearby. We got a taxi from the airport when we arrived, which cost just over €30. We got the bus back to the airport when we were leaving, which cost €4.60 for two of us and was just as quick. Thank you so much for our lovely stay. We'll be back again!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Cordial La Peregrina located downtown Las Palmas. Wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their hospitality truly lives up to the hotel's name ""Cordial."" The facility itself is well-equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort. One of the highlights of my visit was the breakfast — absolutely fantastic! There was a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. The hotel is located in the pedestrian only area, surrounded by great options for restaurants and bars. If you drive there don't worry ! There is a parking garage right around the corner, maybe 5 min walk. What stood out the most was the exceptional service from every member of the staff. They were incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Their kindness and professionalism made my stay truly memorable. My daughter forgot an important item in her room, and they immediately let us know and even coordinated to mail it to us outside the country. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Las Palmas. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, great amenities, and outstanding service.

Great Centrally Located Boutique Hotel

Stayed here for 3 nights after a week in Puerto Mogan. The hotel was everything we hoped it would be. The member of staff who checked us in, Alexander was provably the best member of check in staff we have ever come across. We arrived before noon and our room wasn’t ready but he said he would message us if it was ready early which he did. In the meantime he gave us a map and explained and marked on it where to visit, where to eat and drink and which buses to get. He also explained the hotel facilities which were superb. The hotel is lucky to have a member of staff like this. The room was spacious, clean and very well equipped and even had a clothes steamer instead of an iron which we used. It has a great rooftop sun deck and bar which was popular on an evening and drinks were very reasonably priced. Can’t comment on breakfast as we were room only as we enjoy eating somewhere different each morning. The hotel is well located for exploring Las Palmas. There are plenty of nice bars and restaurants very nearby and the buses around the city and to the airport can be caught very near the hotel. We would definitely return if in Las Palmas in the future.

My partner and I stayed at the Boutique Hotel Cordial La Peregrina last week. I can only recommend it; from cleanliness, staff, the pool, to the food, everything was top! The room is super modernly furnished. Cleanliness was also excellent. What my partner and I personally liked was the super friendliness of the staff! There were always very nice people at the reception. The breakfast was super delicious. It is a quiet hotel, and the pool area is also very nicely furnished and clean. It was fantastic stay throughout. Super kind staff that took extremely good care of us. Expecially Roberto and Alexander whom sorted out keeping an item i forgot at the hotel back in February and arranging us to stay at the same room as then. El hotel era muy agradable, buen lugar cerca del centro histórico con buen desayuno. Las camas eran cómodas y las habitaciones muy espaciosas. Sin embargo, lo que realmente hizo que mi experiencia fuera increíble fue el personal de la recepción. El señor Alexander fue muy servicial y se ofreció a llevar él mismo mis postales a la oficina de correos. También fue muy útil cuando nuestro coche se quedó atascado en un aparcamiento cerca del hotel y llamó a la gente que trabajaba en el garaje para que nos ayudara. Su colega (por desgracia olvidé su nombre) también fue muy amable y cuando le dije que quería practicar mi español, me habló sólo en español, sin burlarse de ello y me explicó las cosas de otra manera cuando no entendía en lugar de volver al inglés. Eso para mí fue una prueba de que el personal es más que respetuoso con sus clientes. Gracias por todo.

La atención de las chicas de recepción fue fabulosa. Trabajo en un hotel 5* en Valencia y puedo decir que no les falta nada para serlo también. La chica de limpieza fue muy atenta diariamente. El topper del colchón muy cómodo. Las vistas al patio interior son de las mejores ideas que han tenido. Además, en el bar de la azotea sirven lo que para mí es uno de los 3 mejores amaretto sour que he probado en mi vida. Es un hotel moderno y a la vez con encanto. Las prestaciones de la habitación son increíbles; última generación pero cuidando la tradición. La azotea con su piscina es un plus, precioso lugar. I stayed here during the Animayo Animation Festival, which is literally around the corner. Great restaurants in the area, easily accessible busses (to and from the airport) two comic shops within walking distance. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was fantastic. The bed was soooo comfy! The service was excellent - they even included two bottles of water which I thought was very thoughtful. Everything was super clean and modern. Provided cute little lotions and creams and kits such as nail filers and even disposable razors! The rooms are also nicely spread apart too so you get a peaceful nights sleep. They thought of it all. Rooftop was really cool too. Great area right close to amazing restaurants and shops in the old town (more classic and historic just how we like it). We actually ended up cancelling our other hotel in Maspalomas and coming back up here for our last night because we loved it so much.

The staff were the main assets of this hotel they were all lovely and went out of their way to be helpful. A special mention to Alexander on reception who was especially helpful and kind. The hotel is situated in the centre of the old town which is convenient to access public transport and bars and restaurants. The roof terrace was beautiful with a good mix of sun loungers and seating.

Stayed for 5 nights and couldn’t fault it. Friendly and helpful staff, and I really enjoyed the breakfast each day. Room (deluxe) had everything I needed, loved the toiletries, coffee machine and having Netflix available on the tv. Rooftop pool was great for cooling off after a day sightseeing. The location is great for the old town plus close to the bus station for getting to the beach and around the island.

Este hotel está en una ubicación inmejorable, cerca del Museo Colón y el centro de Las Palmas. Yo hice casi todo caminando. Desde la recepción el personal es muy amable y atento, siempre hay alguien al pendiente de las necesidades que puedas tener. La habitación me pareció encantadora y que tuvieran mesita de noche para carga inalámbrica fue un plus. El baño muy práctico. La azotea también era linda con la alberca y para las noches de tomar una copa era un lujo por la excelente vista. Ha sido de los hoteles más agradables en los que he estado. Y el desayuno por las mañanas era muy bueno. Recomiendo mucho que visiten este lugar.

We tried several hotels in Gran Canaria and this one was by far the best one - very nice interior, modern and fresh, the personell was professional, the room was comfortable and quite, and the location is excellent as it is a walkable distance to bus stops and in the old town. In addition, the rooftop pool is wonderful and heated. If staying in Las Palmas, I would highly recommend staying here for a few nights.

I loved the softness of the bed. I slept like a baby! The room was beautiful, clean and spacious, with outlets on both sides of the bed for charging phones. The bathroom was also quite big. I adored the rooftop. It was the reason we booked this hotel and it did not disappoint! The location was perfect, in Vegueta and near Triana. Many restaurants and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a cup of coffee. San Telmo bus station (for all transport to Agaete, Arucas, or Maspalomas, or the airport) is only a 12-minute walk.

The hotel itself is lovely and very well decorated. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace is a nice plus, especially in the evening. The old town is just a couple of steps away. The beach is about an hour on foot or 15/20 minutes away by bus (the bus stop is very close). The main bus station for busses to other towns on the island (as well as the airport) is just 10 minutes away. Finally, there are loads of excellent restaurants around as well.

Un acogedor hotel en el centro de la ciudad. La limpieza es excelente, el entorno mágico y el trato del personal exquisito y profesional. La azotea un rincón súper especial donde disfrutar de una copa y un picoteo. Sin duda, un acierto.

Das Hotel kann wirklich in ganzer Linie überzeugen. Tolle Lage. Sehr sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, v.a. auch am Empfang. Man hat uns dort ohne Zeitdruck bzgl Restaurants in de Umgebung und Sehenswürdigkeiten auf der Insel sehr gut beraten und alle unsere Fragen beantworte. Die Organisation des Spezialparktickets im nahe-gelegenen Parkhaus hat gut funktioniert. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl. Die frischen Säfte und das Obst waren außergewöhlich schmackhaft. Am Abreisetag hat man uns extra etwas früher das Frühstück zubereitet. Das Hotel incl der Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet. Ein schönes Ambiente. Die Pflegeprodukte im Badezimmer waren sehr hochwertig und hatten einen tollen Duft. Den Poolbereich und die Roof top Bar auf dem Dach haben wir nicht genutzt, war aber sehr schön gemacht.

Loved the atmosphere, nice ambiance, interior. The rooftop is 10/10, we spent 90% of our time here. They make an amazing iced coffee and have a big selection of drinks. The room is very comfortable, the bed is absolutely amazing. Great selection at breakfast buffet. The reception is very accomodating, inviting us to stay on the rooftop after checkout.

We loved this hotel!!! The rooftop pool/bar was a great way to end a day of sightseeing, and the proximity to the bus station made travel around the island so simple. Isaac, at the front desk, spoke flawless English (yes, I know I should have worked on my Spanish before the trip), and had great restaurant recommendations for us. We did day trips most days, then headed up for a quick dip and Mojito before heading out to dinner. Perfect stay in Gran Canaria!

Lovely charactered historical hotel that has been fully modernised, the rooms are lovely with really comfy beds and very quiet, you will get a great nights sleep. Coffee machine is pretty useless so take a travel kettle and your own stuff. %0" TV with Netflix too, nice outlook onto pebble garden illuminated at dusk. Wonderful rooftop solarium with pool and bar and really comfy quality sunbeds, it's incredible up there. Cleanliness and tidiness throughout with very friendly nice staff. Great location by two pretty squares with bars and restaurants and by the old towns and at the top of the main shopping high street. Highly recommend this place....5 stars.

En pleno Vegueta, a dos pasos de Triana. Puedo decir que es de los hoteles que más me han gustado en la isla. Suelo ir por trabajo e intento buscar un sitio en el que me encuentre como en casa y este hotel lo consigue. La decoración es moderna y cálida, además las habitaciones cuentan con todo tipo de amenities (un detallazo!!!), te ofrecen toallas para la piscina de la azotea (dónde además tienen una carta de cócteles de autor que están increíbles) y encima el personal es amabilísimo.

Nos ha encantado el hotel. Tranquilo, acogedor, moderno y con un equipo maravilloso. Super atentos en recepción, solventando cualquier problema que pueda surgir. La terraza con la piscina de 10. Quizás pondría la piscina un poquito más caliente ya que en la ciudad suele estar el tiempo un poco más fresco. El personal de la terraza de la azotea de 10, tanto el turno de mañana como el de la tarde. Y el equipo de recepción igualmente super eficientes y atentos.

Truly a stellar hotel. Everyone on staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Claudia and Isaac at reception were outstanding and professional. Having access to the rooftop deck is a definite perk and the service there is great. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you could possibly need. I especially loved the wireless charging nightstands. One tip, if you are taking a taxi back to the hotel, tell them you’re headed to the Hotel Madrid. It’s very close by and it will save you some time explaining where the hotel is.

We had spotted this hotel whilst walking around this lovely part of town and had made a note for future visits as it looked interesting. I got to stay unexpectedly as I'd lost my passport and had to overnight for an extra day. The service was very welcoming and friendly and my room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The roof top cocktail bar and pool have a lovely outlook over the neighbouring area. The price was surprisingly affordable and I will certainly choose to stay here if I am ever in Las Palmas again.

Super schönes Hotel für 1-2 Nächte in Las Palmas. Es befindet sich mitten in der Altstadt, dem historischen Zentrum von Las Palmas. Tolle Ausgangslage, um durch die Stadt zu bummeln, shoppen zu gehen, lecker Tapas zu essen und die Altstadt anzuschauen. Der Pool und die Bar auf der Dachterrasse sind großartig. Pool ist allerdings nur minimal beheizt - also bei kühlerem Wetter eher keine Badeoption. Aber auch ohne baden lassen sich die Liegestühle auf der Dachterrasse genießen! Auch den wirklich lohnenswerten Canteras Beach erreicht man nach nur ca. 12-15 Minuten Autofahrt. Top Tipp für alle mit Mietwagen: Wenn man dem Hotel schreibt, empfiehlt es ein Parkhaus in der Nähe - hier kann man für 24h für 10 Euro parken. Ansonsten ist die Parksituation in Las Palmas eher schwierig. Daher war das super hilfreich!

Fabulous boutique hotel in the perfect position near The Old Town

We had spotted this hotel whilst walking around this lovely part of town and had made a note for future visits as it looked interesting. I got to stay unexpectedly as I'd lost my passport and had to overnight for an extra day. The service was very welcoming and friendly and my room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The roof top cocktail bar and pool have a lovely outlook over the neighbouring area. The price was surprisingly affordable and I will certainly choose to stay here if I am ever in Las Palmas again.

El diseño y la tranquilidad del hotel son sus puntos fuertes, así como la amabilidad del personal. La ubicación es estupenda en el barrio histórico de Triana, aunque me costó un poco dar con el hotel porque el GPS de Google Maps se volvía loco y me hizo callejear bastante. Al llegar me facilitaron un plano y ya fueron más sencillos los desplazamientos. La habitación muy limpia y la cama muy cómoda, con almohadas firmes para descansar bien. La pantalla plana de televisión es gigantesca y con acceso a Netflix o YouTube.

Una agradable sorpresa, un hotel boutique fantástico, con una cuidada decoración, entre Vegueta y Triana , todo un lujo sus inmediaciones donde disfrutar de un montón de restaurantes. Por cierto nos recomendaron el restaurante El Triciclo , a 50 metros, cocina moderna y carta variada para picar o lo que sea. Las habitaciones amplias, modernas, los colchones y almohadas excelentes. El wifi muy bueno. Amenities de calidad. El personal agradable y profesional. Ah se me olvidaba, si puedes disfruta de la terraza del hotel con vistas a la catedral y la biblioteca insular, destaca la piscina y el bar. Tiene todo para volver .

Beautiful hotel. The room was impeccable, absolutely spotless, lovely interior and a great array of toiletries available (shaving, dental, nail kit etc.). The rooftop pool was also very impressive. We got up there early and had it to ourselves for a while which was lovely, a lovely view and nice and warm in winter. The room we received did have the wrong bed (two singles rather than an extra large double) but this didn’t end up being an issue so would not affect the 5* review it deserves. Price is reflective of the quality of the stay. Breakfast was good too, nice selection of breads, croissants, meats, cheese etc.

Eso fue amor a la primera siesta, súper cómoda, confortable, no daban ganas de levantarse, sólo de quedarse ahí metido y disfrutar de la comodidad de la habitación. La terraza estupenda. Para tomar algo y disfrutar del ambiente. La ubicación es perfecta porque está justo al lado de Vegueta y junto a Triana una de las calles comerciales con más encanto de las Palmas. Con restaurantes y cafeterías cerquita. La estancia ha sido inmejorable. Volveremos seguro.

Such a beautiful hotel in a beautiful area, great for exploring the area. Staff are friendly and helpful. We booked in a standard room then upgraded the second night. Well worth paying the extra - large, stylish, romantic room with huge bed and spacious bathroom with rain shower. The rooftop pool area is wonderful to relax at. Small pool but works well for relaxing and keeping cool. Wanted to book in again for the end of our trip but no room

El personal es encantador, el bar de la terraza, maravilloso y la habitación perfecta. El desayuno incluido es sencillo pero rico y no le falta de nada. Nos ayudaron en todo momento (tests COVID para viajar, recomendaciones de restaurantes…) y está muy bien situado, incluso si te mueves por la isla en autobús (está a 10 minutos de la terminal grande de autobuses)

Très bien placé dans le vieux Palma à 5 mn à pied de la cathédrale. Design moderne mais chaud. La fenêtre de ma chambre donnait sur une cour intérieure. Excellente literie. Etrangement la SDB était partiellement vitrée et le wc était donc visible du lit ! Rooftop hyper agréable avec une jolie vue et une piscine en métal. Bon cocktail. Personnel agréable et compétent. PDJ buffet copieux au sous sol mais avec un toit en verrière. Produits surgelés de très bonne qualité. Propreté irréprochable. Pas de parking mais possibilité de trouver une place dans la rue ou de mettre son véhicule dans un parking public payant à 10mn à pied. Bon wifi de partout.

Excepcional rehabilitación de edificio histórico en hotel de 4 estrellas en el centro de Las Palmas. Tanto los espacios arquitectónicos utilizando patios para iluminar las habitaciones como la azotea o zona de desayuno en el sótano pero con luz natural crean un ambiente muy acogedor que se complementa con la terraza en la azotea y la pequeña piscina. Su personal muy amable y tanto. Pendientes de todos los detalles. Un sitio de referencia por la calidad/precio en escapadas tanto turísticas como por trabajo. La ubicación es excelente, en el barrio de Vegueta, con muchos puntos de interés para visitar. Está muy céntrico y es comodísimo. El desayuno para los que somos golosos no está del todo mal, pero para la gente que desayuna un poco más fuerte y a la que le gusta más lo salado, quizás sea justo. La atención de los 3 recepcionistas con los que traté fue exquisita, son muy educados y detallistas, me hicieron sentir muy cómoda. No le pregunté el nombre a la chica que me hizo el check in y el check out, lo siento, pero desde aquí le agradezco sus indicaciones a la hora de visitar la ciudad, me recomendó sitios muy interesantes y bonitos. El hotel es nuevo y está muy cuidado.

El hotel está lleno de detalles, como las mesas para cargar el móvil por NFC o el espejo del baño que tiene un botón para quitarle la humedad después de la ducha. La cama es comodísima y la habitación cuenta con una pantalla de tv enorme. Destaca la azotea con unas tumbonas acolchadas ideales para tomar el sol, con unas vistas preciosas y una piscina muy coqueta y calentita.
