Nos quedamos encantándos, con el hotel lo tienen muy bien cuidado las habitaciones amplias y muy bonitas, baños amplios y todo muy limpio y cuidado hasta el último detalle , sin dudarlo repetiremos , tengo que destacar a una de sus empleadas Nerea muy amable , siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos en cualquier cosa , lo único malo es el tema del aparcamiento que está un poco limitado , ha varios parking grandes a pocos minutos caminando .

The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast buffet has lots of choice with both hot and cold foods. Due to the small size of the breakfast room, you must choose a sitting (we had no problem getting our first choice sitting, first thing in the morning). The bed and room overall are very comfortable. Everything is clean and in perfect working order. The bathroom is large, and has shampoo/body wash and a hair dryer, but no hair conditioner and no face cloths. The front desk has a few umbrellas to loan you, if required (no cost). There is an elevator as well as stairs to upper floors. There is a fabulous rooftop patio – get there early to get the best seats (particularly in the shade on hot days). The rooftop patio staff provided excellent recommendations for local wine, and were friendly and lovely to chat with. The location is perfect for seeing many sights. Our room faced the plaza, which was generally quiet. There was some noise until 11 pm on Saturday night due to two small restaurants next door with patios. I am a light sleeper, and this noise wasn’t bothersome. And the view was fabulous! The hotel makes a comfortable base to explore the historical area, and enjoy several excellent nearby places to eat. I would recommend this hotel for anyone interested in more than just the beach.

Délicieux petits déjeuners. Excellant emplacement de l'hôtel. Tout se fait a pied, facilement, et aussi par le réseaux des bus. On peut aller partout depuis la gare routière dans les villes intéressantes et même jusqu'au sud de l'île à Maspalomas.

Todo estupendo, un gran hotel en una casa señorial renovada en plena plaza de Santa Ana con vistas a la catedral y posibilidad de recorrer a pie los barrios históricos de Vegueta y Triana. Personal muy atento, cómoda habitación con nevera, caja fuerte, cafetera. Y buen desayuno. No hay que perderse tomarse una copa por la noche en la terraza del hotel con vistas a la fachada de la catedral.

Situation géographique idéale, à côte de la cathédrale Sainte-Anne, dans le centre historique Vegueta. Parking Mercado Vegueta payant non couvert (prix corrects) à 10 minutes de marche de l'hôtel pour y stationner son véhicule 24h/24h, 7j/7j. Terrasse Belvédère très appréciable sur le toit de l'immeuble pour prendre un verre en fin d'après-midi et y profiter des derniers rayons de soleil de la journée. Personnel aimable et disponible.

Emplacement idéal, d'autant qu'à cette période de l'année (mars), la place de la cathédrale, sur laquelle se trouve l'hôtel, était calme. Pas de bruit le soir dans la chambre. Le rooftop offre une vue magnifique et constitue un plus.

Emplacement au top ! Très belle décoration et accueil très courtois. La chambre est très bien équipée. 9 au lieu de 10 car pas de fenêtre qui offre une vue directe sur l'extérieur même si cela est compensé par un effet architectural des plus original et agréable dans la douche. We had a really nice 3 night stay here in February. Lovely room, friendly staff and a great, quiet location in the old part of town in the Cathedral square. Nice breakfast and the rooftop bar is splendid (fantastic viewpoint) with friendly bar staff. Hard to fault this hotel unless you want a beach holiday. In which case go to the south of the island and good luck to you!

It exceeded expectations: I had been in another boutique hotel in Las Palmas and expected a fairly basic room in a nice hotel. However, it was a beautiful room, with a balcony to the inner courtyard. The receptionists were exceptionally helpful (for example, showing me how to switch off a modern lamp, how to operate the safe, or letting me know where the bottle opener was). I also had access to the Belvedere with spectacular views over the cathedral.

Mi pareja y yo nos hemos alojado cuatro noches en este hotel y además de una habitación muy confortable hemos disfrutado de una terraza con muy buenas vistas de la ciudad. El trato de las trabajadoras ha sido exquisito. Aunque era un viaje por trabajo hemos tenido oportunidad de visitar la isla por las tardes. Cada día Nerea, una de las recepcionistas, con su carácter tan agradable nos ha ayudado a organizar nuestras excursiones, con las mejores opciones de guaguas para poder visitar distintos pueblos. También nos aconsejó para una cena especial en la playa de las Canteras. Nos hemos sentido como en familia. Muchas gracias por todo.

Nos alojamos en La Vegueta con mi pareja para una noche, pero al final nos quedamos dos… eso lo dice todo, ¿no? La zona y el hotel resultaron muy auténticos, limpios y seguros. Elegimos este hotel por el rooftop y el diseño interior, y ambos no nos decepcionaron. La ubicación no podría ser mejor: a solo 4 minutos andando de bares y restaurantes. Perfecto para disfrutar del ambiente local. Lo mejor de todo, sin duda, fue el personal. Mi pareja José y yo trabajamos en hostelería y sabemos lo importante que es la atención para que una experiencia sea positiva o negativa. Nerea y José fueron excepcionales: siempre con una sonrisa, amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Nos recomendaron restaurantes, nos ayudaron a mejorar la habitación, a extender la estancia y, en general, se aseguraron de que estuviéramos felices. Personas encantadoras, a las que sería un placer volver a ver. El desayuno era variado, con todo lo necesario, y el hotel en sí es un lugar muy especial para una escapada romántica.

Todo: habitación, instalaciones; un precioso hotel boutique con terraza con vistas espectaculares a la ciudad. Desayuno en un coqueto y pequeño comedor, pero muy completo y con turnos para evitar esperas innecesarias. El trato del personal ha sido excelente, a destacar el trato profesional y humano de Nerea (lo diré en términos futbolísticos: ella es la Messi que todo equipo desearía fichar) que nos aconsejó en todo de maravilla. Nos fuimos con recuerdo inolvidable.

It's a historic charming hotel with modern amenities. It's located in the old town Santa Ana Plaza and its roof top has a fantastic view of the Cathedral. Special thanks to Abigal at the reception who gave good tips and always helpful and patient. Several historic museums nearby. For the beachgoers, one can take the bus #12 to the Playa de Canteras with 6 mins walk from the hotel. We also enjoyed dining in the recommended restaurants nearby with excellent food. One time we bought jamon, cheese and wine from the Mercado de Vegueta and did our little "picnic" up at the rooftop for lunch. All in all, we are glad we picked this hotel.

Amazing hotel in the old part of Las Palmas. It really is a dreamy place. I felt like royalty for three days. Rooms are well equipt and those high ceilings are incredible. Beds are really comforable And the breakfast is sooo delicious.There is a rooftop bar on the upper floor and the view is fantastic. We had amazing time at this hotel.

Un hôtel incroyable que je recommande ! La décoration est somptueuse: raffinée, avec goût. Les détails qui font la différence : la qualité de la literie, les peignoirs, la machine à expresso, les bouteilles d'eau et même les chocolats à l'arrivée ! Les deux réceptionnistes que j'ai vu étaient tout deux accueillants, gentils et disponibles. Merci à eux : la dame et le jeune homme. La chambre était très bien aménagée, avec une très belle hauteur sous plafond. Le rooftop avec la vue sur la cathédrale était un plus. L'hôtel est très bien situé dans un quartier historique magnifique, plein de restos et de musées. Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel!

Cogimos habitación dando a la misma Plaza de Santa Ana, con las magníficas vistas a la Catedral. Habitaciones espaciosas, de techos altos, grandes ventanales, cama comodísima. En la cubierta del hotel hay una terraza donde puedes disfrutar de tus cócteles y aperitivos mientras disfrutas de las maravillosas vistas, por un lado la Catedral y el mar y por otro los barrios coloridos en las montañas que rodean Vegueta: San Nicolás, San Roque y San Juan. El personal del hotel es de diez. Super amable, siempre con una sonrisa y con la predisposición a hacerte la estancia lo más agradable posible. Para repetir! En el barrio de Vegeta puedes visitar el Museo Canario, el Museo Casa de Colón, la Catedral, su Museo Diocesano, con visita añadida a lo alto de la torre, desde donde podrás disfrutar de unas magníficas vistas a toda la ciudad.

Wir hatten in der ersten Etage ein geräumiges Zimmer mit Holzfussboden und Balkon zur Plaza. Alles war modern eingerichtet. Das komplette Personal war stets super freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Besonders die Servicekraft Marian im Frühstücksraum hat uns jeden Morgen herzlich empfangen, einen tollen Kaffee zubereitet und uns mit Tipps versorgt. Wir haben selten so eine freundliche und patente Mitarbeiterin erlebt. Das Hotel befindet sich in der historischen Altstadt Vegueta, direkt an der Plaza Mayor de Santa Ana mit Blick auf die Kathedrale. Zahlreiche Tapasbars und Restaurants sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Love, love, love this hotel! Beautifully designed and decorated! From the moment we were pleasantly greeted by Nerea we knew we made the right hotel choice! Miguel was also wonderful. Both so informative and helpful making transportation arrangements and helping us with restaurant recommendations! This was our first visit to Las Palmas and we stayed at the Plaza Mayor De Santa Ana which my partner carefully selected. The hotel was excellent and perfect for our needs, it has a lot of character, high ceilings and is perfectly located in the centre and adjacent to the stunning cathedral - well worth a visit. The staff were efficient, professional and very friendly, the breakfast was very good and the roof top terrace was literally the “crowning glory” both for excellent views of the city and a very relaxing place for a drink / snacks etc. It opens from 15.00 daily, but fortunately is available throughout the day for residents. If we return to Gran Canaria we would stay in this hotel again, we chose one of the more expensive rooms with a balcony and an extra room between the bathroom and bedroom, we stayed for 10 nights so it was definitely worth the additional cost.

We received a warm welcome from the head receptionist and our quiet Superior Room was perfect! We had a great view of the Cathedral and overlooked the attractive piazza. Loved the rooftop bar - view of the cathedral floodlit in the evenings. The shower was spacious and had a giant pool shower head and a hand held smaller head. Breakfast was perfect with a good choice. We thoroughly recommend the Hotel!

Fabulous smallish hotel in Vagueta, with a lovely roof terrace bar (which serves drinks and nibbles/platters). On reception we were looked after by Jose and Nerea (we passed your greetings on to the Mogan Playa team) who were both lovely and extremely helpful. Jose kindly arranged to phone a tour guide who we had a booking with to change the time for us, something I would have struggled to do with my rudimentary Spanish. The breakfast room is lovely, they operate on sittings (as it is only small) which you book the night before, but the food on offer is topped up constantly and there is a great array of choices. The hotel is spotlessly clean, room very well appointed, and lovely historical touches. We were in a Classic Room which was lovely. Sadly only there for 1 night, but we have already booked a 2 night stay later in the year. Las Palmas has a lot to offer, and great sightseeing.

Located in Vegueta (Old City) this is an impressive boutique hotel that faces onto Plaza Santa Ana and the Basilica de Canarias. It is a bus ride away from the popular beachside area of Santa Catalina. The hotel has about 30 rooms based in a period building that has been impressively restored. Our room faced the Plaza on the 3 rd floor and had a high ceiling and flooded with light from expansive windows (that opened). The building has both stair and lift access to higher floors. The spacious room has a large wall mounted television, coffee machine and safe. It has integrated A/C that works effectively. The bathroom is well designed and has a rainfall shower head and hand held hose. Because the hotel faces a car free Plaza, there was no traffic noise for the front facing rooms. The provided breakfast was fresh and had many options to choose from. The breakfast room is small and if you arrive during a busy time you may have to wait for a table. There is a rooftop bar where you get good Plaza, Basilica and sunset views. It can get popular as locals also drink there. Front desk service was efficient and friendly. I really liked this hotel, I think you would to. Five stars!

We want to extend our deepest, heartfelt thanks to your incredible staff. On the evening of September 30th, my dad suffered a heart attack while on holiday in Puerto Rico with my mum. My brother and I flew out the next morning, and with my dad in the ICU, we needed to relocate my mum and her belongings to a hotel closer to the hospital in Las Palmas. Somehow, we were incredibly fortunate to book a family room at the Cordial in Santa Ana for one night through Booking.com. My mum’s original TUI rep called the Cordial to explain the situation and requested an early luggage drop-off, as we needed to rush to the hospital. When we arrived, Miguel had a lovely, easily accessible ground-floor room ready for us, allowing us to check in immediately. Throughout the week, my dad experienced complications, and our plans kept changing. The staff was exceptional, reserving the room for us a few days at a time, ensuring we could stay close to the hospital. Every time, we were able to keep the same room, which made all the difference. The compassion and understanding from the staff were truly beyond words. Not only is this hotel set in a stunning location in a charming courtyard near a cathedral with wonderful restaurants and shops, but the staff made us feel cared for in every way. Naria, such a warm-hearted and lovely person, checked on us daily, asking about my dad and doing all she could to support us. Miguel was equally kind, always going out of his way to help us. In such a difficult and uncertain time, the kindness of your team made everything so much easier. Thankfully, after ten days, my dad was given the fit-to-fly clearance and was discharged. The staff ensured we kept the same accessible ground-floor room for his last night, and they even arranged a single room for me while my brother stayed with our parents to help. You should be incredibly proud of your staff—they turned a very challenging time into something much less frightening. We are immensely grateful to them all.

Superb location in the St Ana Cathedral square, with a good choice of cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The hotel is in a historic building and traditionally furnished. Our bedroom, which had excellent very high ceilings, was extremely comfortable. with good beds, a great shower, a nice little fridge, water and wine glasses provided and a good espresso machine. Excellent roof terrace and bar on the 6th floor, accessible by lift, with superb 360 degree views over the city and out to sea. Bus stops nearby - yellow 1 & 12 take you to Canteras beach, Blue 303 takes you inland to Vega de Mateo. We really liked eating at La Picadita, a few minutes walk away. Good service, plenty to watch, and excellent food! Airport bus 60 stops quite nearby, at the Theatro Perez Galdos bus station

What a fantastic hotel. Right on Plaza Santa Ana and a short pleasant walk round a couple of lovely old town streets to the restaurants. Very clean and the room was a great size with good facilities. Beautifully stylish and modern bathroom. Great room with more than ample seating and a very good sized bed. There’s a great rooftop terrace where we sat with a drink and a coffee. Views to the cathedral and the square.

Wunderschönes Hotel direkt bei der Kathedrale. Man kann die Altstadt und die Sehenswürdigen zu Fuß erkunden. Das Hotel empfiehlt ein Parkhaus ganz in der Nähe, welches man vergünstigt nutzen kann (10€/24Std.). Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, das Frühstück sehr gut und vielfältig. Zu empfehlen ist auch die Dachterrasse mit Bar. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ich aber die Freundlichkeit des Personals! Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

The hotel is beautifully furnished and our room was a decent size with a lovely bathroom and quiet air conditioning. It’s situated on the main square and it was very quiet and peaceful in our room. The location in the old town is fantastic and it’s a nice area to walk around. All the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, especially the reception staff and the bar man at the roof top terrace. It’s definitely worth going up there as the views are amazing and they serve great drinks and we had some lovely local cheeses. The barman was really helpful and friendly and explained all about the different cheeses. We had a great time and would 100% recommend this hotel.

After not being able to board our flight home we had to find a last minute stay over , late in the evening. Fortunately Boutique Hotel Cordial had a room available . A beautiful old hotel in the middle of the old part of Las Palmas . Nereala made us feel so welcome, we had time for a glass of wine and croquetas on the roof terrace overlooking the Plaza and historic buildings and Alberto made us feel at home which for a tired 5 year old was quite an achievement. If only we could have spent more time there , a real find by my daughter and an excellent choice . Thank you the beds were amazing and very comfy and the building stunning with traditional styling and a modern decor to complement- loved the soap too.

When we first arrived the Receptionists were extremely welcoming and friendly. On entering our room we’re were very fortunate to be in a room facing the square and Cathedral, it even had a small balcony. This is a fabulous hotel in an excellent location for visiting Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The hotel is 200 years old yet it has every modern convenience while retaining the old-world charm in keeping with age. The staff at reception were exceptionally helpful, friendly and very obliging. There was an excellent choice of food for breakfast. They catered very well for my husband who is a coeliac and there was a good selection of food available for him. Our children and grandchildren gave us a present of this holiday as we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. Miguel had arranged a lovely welcoming surprise in our room on our arrival. From our experience we would highly recommend this hotel.

We went to this hotel for a long weekend of winter sun in February. Absolutely loved it! It is very central but quiet, and ideal exploring the old town and for getting taxis up to Las Canteras beach. (Approximately 15 mins and €8 by taxi). The hotel staff are so attentive and helpful but not stuffy like some deluxe hotels. The roof bar is great! Great cocktails and bar staff. My three expectations and demands for a top hotel are: a quiet and nice location, top sleep quality and pleasant decor, and this hotel fulfils perfectly. The mattresses and pillows are hard as I like them, the soundproof windows and the not existing night life in the square give the best basis for a good sleep. We stayed seven nights and enjoyed every minute. Friendly staff who also recommended some good restaurants nearby. Breakfast is continental with a wide, daily variety of offers. As added value the hotel has a nice roof terrace bar from which you have a view to the cathedral, the old town hall, a part of the city and the sea. From the hotel you´ll have a 15 minutes’ walk to San Telmo, the central bus station in Las Palmas.

We had the best stay in this beautiful hotel , set in the old square opposite the cathedral . We were lucky to have a room overlooking the square for my partners 60 th birthday celebrations . Situated directly in the beautiful historic square in the heart of the Old Las Palmas, Plaza de Santa Ana, literally just a few steps away from the eponymous cathedral, and practically around the corner from the Casa de Colón, this boutique hotel generously gives its guests the royal treatment. I stayed in room 28, above the ground floor, which was large and elegant, with massive windows and a dizzyingly high ceiling. The little restaurant where I had my breakfast looked like an art gallery with its tastefully designed tables, chairs and tableware, old-fashioned cupboards, and a collection of antique vases on display. The view from the rooftop terrace was nothing short of spectacular. Befitting the hotel's name, the staff were incredibly cordial indeed. The enchanting Playa de Las Canteras, covered with its world-renowned fine golden sand, is about 5.5 km away.

This hotel is WONDERFUL! The absolutely charming reception staff are so friendly and helpful you will want them to become your best friends. The bedroom we stayed in was gorgeous! My jaw dropped when I walked in and the view of the plaza from the window was terrific. The location is very convenient for walking around town or 5min walk to a parking garage for when you want to go explore further in your car. The rooftop bar has stunning views, comfortable seating, kind helpful staff, and a great variety of drinks and nibbles. The only bad thing about this hotel is that it is going to make me really disappointed in my own house once we leave the islands.

Im Zentrum der historischen Altstadt wurde dieses Gebäude durch geschickte Einbauten zum modernen Hotel entwickelt. Die hohen Räume erhielten Sanitärzellen mit geräumigen Duschen, modernen Handwaschbecken und WC. Das Treppenhaus erhielt einen Personenaufzug vom Eingang bis zur Dachterrasse. Dabei blieb die alte Bausubstanz (Holztreppen, Holzdielen, Stuckelemente) weitestgehend erhalten oder wurde saniert. Von der Dachterrasse mit kleiner Bar, kann die gesamte Altstadt bis zum Hafen überblickt werden. Der positive Gesamteindruck dieses kleinen zentralen Hotels wird durch das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal zum positivem Urlaubserlebnis. Alle historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstatdt und die Einkaufsmeile sind zu fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Bus ist man sehr schnell am weitläufigen Strand.

This building is stunning, the renovation is sympathetic to the history of the building which is in a beautiful square in an old town full of cobbled streets, lovely buildings and great museums. The reception at the hotel were so so helpful, passionate and friendly. They gave us some great tips and helped us to get so much out of our stay. The room was comfortable and beautiful with lovely high ceilings, nice beds and complimentary water/tea/coffee/toiletries. A fridge, nice linen. Absolutely incredible value for money. Despite being in a square it is peaceful and not noisy but close to everything. Stunning views too. I could go on and on. Beautiful hotel in the old town of Las Palmas. Set in a beautiful square overlooking the magnificent cathedral. We had a deluxe room overlooking the cathedral. The room was quite big, modern, great aircon, rainshower, large TV and sofa/sofabed. The hotel is a lovely boutique style set within a beautiful old building. We had breakfast included which set us up for the day. Largely continental but with some scrambled eggs and some bacon. It was plentiful for us. The bar on the rooftop is beautifully appointed with fabulous views. Great for a cocktail or two in the evening. All staff were really friendly and chatty and really wanted you to have a great stay. This hotel is the perfect choice if you want to stay in the old town which I recommend you do!

Me alojé aquí varias veces este verano y debo decir que fue una alegría cada vez, ¡un personal tan amable y agradable hace de este lugar una joya de Las Palmas! Recomiendo la habitación superior ya que las vistas a la plaza son algo extraordinario, pero no se preocupe si no está disponible, ya que el bar de la terraza de la azotea tiene una vista que no olvidará y, nuevamente, un excelente personal está allí para servir las bebidas. Es un hallazgo tan raro ver un lugar que cumple todos los requisitos, pero esto lo hace en todos los sentidos.

Me sorprendió gratamente. El hotel, en general, está muy bien. Es muy bonito y elegante. Mi habitación me pareció muy coqueta. La decoración es muy bonita y todo elegido con mucho gusto, hasta el mínimo detalle. Las almohadas y la cama son maravillosas y super cómoda. Mi habitación era muy tranquila y silenciosa. La neverita de la habitación tenía un buen tamaño, con la capacidad perfecta para mi. Todo el hotel era muy tranquilo y silencioso. La azotea la tienen preparada para tomar algo, está genial. Con unas vistas estupendas. El personal estupendo y muy amables. Los alrededores están muy bien, buen ambiente y sin escándalo.

The views were absolutely incredible, both from the room and the rooftop bar which overlooked the plaza and the cathedral. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the bar staff even loaned us a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine we had back at the room.

We stayed here for a couple of nights when exploring the city. Beautiful hotel, recently opened, the traditional features have been preserved and complemented by a modern feel. La ubicación del alojamiento era excelente, teníamos unas vistas a la Catedral preciosas, en medio del casco histórico y con muchos servicios de restauración en la zona. La habitación era muy bonita y amplia, se notaba reformada y contaba con todo lo necesario: cafetera, agua, secador, plancha de vapor… También disponen de un Rooftop muy guay para tomar algo. En cuanto a la atención, destacar la amabilidad y buen trato de la recepcionista que nos atendió, una persona cercana y encantadora. Repetiremos sin duda alguna.
