The place is stunning. The hotel is located in a beautiful building right on plaza Santa Ana, steps away from the Cathedral and other landmarks. My room was beautifully decorated, with views over the square. The staff was amazing, so friendly ans helpful. The breakfast was very tasty, prepared with fresh produce. Overall, a fantastic hotel.

Elegí el hotel por el diseño y la ubicación, sin conocer previamente Gran Canaria. Los dos factores incluso superaron mis expectativas, pero lo mejor del todo ha sido el personal! [...] Todos los recepcionistas han sido siempre dispuestos a ayudarme. Después de varios días fuera de Las Palmas no dude en volver al hotel y me prepararon un pequeño detalle. Vale la pena subir a la terraza y tomar una copita y disfrutar el aire canario con la brisa suave y sobre todo contemplar de cerca la preciosa Catedral de la Plaza Mayor de Santa Ana.

The hotel is beautifully furnished and our room was a decent size with a lovely bathroom and quiet air conditioning. It’s situated on the main square and it was very quiet and peaceful in our room. The location in the old town is fantastic and it’s a nice area to walk around. All the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, especially the reception staff and the bar man at the roof top terrace. It’s definitely worth going up there as the views are amazing and they serve great drinks and we had some lovely local cheeses. The barman was really helpful and friendly and explained all about the different cheeses. We had a great time and would 100% recommend this hotel.

After not being able to board our flight home we had to find a last minute stay over , late in the evening. Fortunately Boutique Hotel Cordial had a room available . A beautiful old hotel in the middle of the old part of Las Palmas . Nereala made us feel so welcome, we had time for a glass of wine and croquetas on the roof terrace overlooking the Plaza and historic buildings and Alberto made us feel at home which for a tired 5 year old was quite an achievement. If only we could have spent more time there , a real find by my daughter and an excellent choice . Thank you the beds were amazing and very comfy and the building stunning with traditional styling and a modern decor to complement- loved the soap too.

Miguel, on reception was fabulous, nothing was too much trouble and he provided some fantastic recommendations of where to eat and what to see. All the staff were very friendly, breakfast was great and the rooftop bar was a wonderful feature. We will definitely revisit.

When we first arrived the Receptionists were extremely welcoming and friendly. On entering our room we’re were very fortunate to be in a room facing the square and Cathedral, it even had a small balcony. Throughout our stay all the Reception staff, especially Rachel,were helpful in giving us information on great places to eat and places to visit. Also the bar on the roof had wonderful views of the city. Overall a great stay.

This is a fabulous hotel in an excellent location for visiting Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The hotel is 200 years old yet it has every modern convenience while retaining the old-world charm in keeping with age. The staff at reception were exceptionally helpful, friendly and very obliging. There was an excellent choice of food for breakfast. They catered very well for my husband who is a coeliac and there was a good selection of food available for him. Our children and grandchildren gave us a present of this holiday as we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. Miguel had arranged a lovely welcoming surprise in our room on our arrival. From our experience we would highly recommend this hotel.

A lovely hotel in a great location. The breakfast was very good. Parking in the secure covered car park was easy (6 minutes' walk). The difference between a good and a fantastic hotel is the staff. Nerea, Raquel and Javier on the front desk were wonderful, taking the time to help us plan our daily tours and making recommendations for interesting destinations and restaurants. Their enthusiasm was contagious. We will absolutely be back.

We went to this hotel for a long weekend of winter sun in February. Absolutely loved it! It is very central but quiet, and ideal exploring the old town and for getting taxis up to Las Canteras beach. (Approximately 15 mins and €8 by taxi). The hotel staff are so attentive and helpful but not stuffy like some deluxe hotels. The roof bar is great! Great cocktails and bar staff. We will definitely be returning next year! Thank you hotel cordial SA for looking after us so well. :-).

My three expectations and demands for a top hotel are: a quiet and nice location, top sleep quality and pleasant decor, and this hotel fulfils perfectly. The mattresses and pillows are hard as I like them, the soundproof windows and the not existing night life in the square give the best basis for a good sleep. We stayed seven nights and enjoyed every minute. Friendly staff who also recommended some good restaurants nearby. Breakfast is continental with a wide, daily variety of offers. As added value the hotel has a nice roof terrace bar from which you have a view to the cathedral, the old town hall, a part of the city and the sea. From the hotel you´ll have a 15 minutes’ walk to San Telmo, the central bus station in Las Palmas.

We had the best stay in this beautiful hotel , set in the old square opposite the cathedral . We were lucky to have a room overlooking the square for my partners 60 th birthday celebrations . The rooftop bar is a must to visit as the view is outstanding . The staff were amazing and very helpful and advised where to go to eat , beach and buses , taxis . A wonderful boutique hotel overlooking the cathedral square. We had a grand room with a balcony overlooking the square and frankly it was one of the best hotel rooms I have ever enjoyed. Excellent beds, very clean, a great bathroom. [...] The location is as central as can be in Las Palmas. A special mention must go out to the lovely people at the front desk who made are stay so much better.

I stayed in room 28, above the ground floor, which was large and elegant, with massive windows and a dizzyingly high ceiling. The little restaurant where I had my breakfast looked like an art gallery with its tastefully designed tables, chairs and tableware, old-fashioned cupboards, and a collection of antique vases on display. The view from the rooftop terrace was nothing short of spectacular. Befitting the hotel's name, the staff were incredibly cordial indeed. The enchanting Playa de Las Canteras, covered with its world-renowned fine golden sand, is about 5.5 km away.

This hotel is WONDERFUL! The absolutely charming reception staff are so friendly and helpful you will want them to become your best friends. The bedroom we stayed in was gorgeous! My jaw dropped when I walked in and the view of the plaza from the window was terrific. The location is very convenient for walking around town or 5min walk to a parking garage for when you want to go explore further in your car. The rooftop bar has stunning views, comfortable seating, kind helpful staff, and a great variety of drinks and nibbles. The only bad thing about this hotel is that it is going to make me really disappointed in my own house once we leave the islands.

We particularly enjoyed the wonderful roof terrace which has a 360 degree panoramic vista, serving drinks and snacks at non hotel inflated prices (which makes such a refreshing change!) But the main bonus of this hotel are the wonderful, super polite and helpful staff... a special mention for the lovely lady on reception who could not do enough for us. Im Zentrum der historischen Altstadt wurde dieses Gebäude durch geschickte Einbauten zum modernen Hotel entwickelt. Die hohen Räume erhielten Sanitärzellen mit geräumigen Duschen, modernen Handwaschbecken und WC. Das Treppenhaus erhielt einen Personenaufzug vom Eingang bis zur Dachterrasse. Dabei blieb die alte Bausubstanz (Holztreppen, Holzdielen, Stuckelemente) weitestgehend erhalten oder wurde saniert. Von der Dachterrasse mit kleiner Bar, kann die gesamte Altstadt bis zum Hafen überblickt werden. Der positive Gesamteindruck dieses kleinen zentralen Hotels wird durch das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal zum positivem Urlaubserlebnis. Alle historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstatdt und die Einkaufsmeile sind zu fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Bus ist man sehr schnell am weitläufigen Strand.

This building is stunning, the renovation is sympathetic to the history of the building which is in a beautiful square in an old town full of cobbled streets, lovely buildings and great museums. The reception at the hotel were so so helpful, passionate and friendly. They gave us some great tips and helped us to get so much out of our stay. The room was comfortable and beautiful with lovely high ceilings, nice beds and complimentary water/tea/coffee/toiletries. A fridge, nice linen. Absolutely incredible value for money. Despite being in a square it is peaceful and not noisy but close to everything. Stunning views too. I could go on and on. Well done to this hotel- great building, great facilities, great location and amazing staff.

Beautiful hotel in the old town of Las Palmas. Set in a beautiful square overlooking the magnificent cathedral. We had a deluxe room overlooking the cathedral. The room was quite big, modern, great aircon, rainshower, large TV and sofa/sofabed. The hotel is a lovely boutique style set within a beautiful old building. We had breakfast included which set us up for the day. Largely continental but with some scrambled eggs and some bacon. It was plentiful for us. The bar on the rooftop is beautifully appointed with fabulous views. Great for a cocktail or two in the evening. All staff were really friendly and chatty and really wanted you to have a great stay. This hotel is the perfect choice if you want to stay in the old town which I recommend you do!

Recomiendo la habitación superior ya que las vistas a la plaza son algo extraordinario, pero no se preocupe si no está disponible, ya que el bar de la terraza de la azotea tiene una vista que no olvidará y, nuevamente, un excelente personal está allí para servir las bebidas. Es un hallazgo tan raro ver un lugar que cumple todos los requisitos, pero esto lo hace en todos los sentidos.

La habitación en la que me alojé era simplemente encantadora. Estaba decorada con elegancia y buen gusto, creando un ambiente acogedor y relajante. Beautiful large rooms. Well decorated hotel, with modern amenities but they kept the historical features. So lovely. Nice rooftop bar. Great location in front of plaza. No street noise as the rooms in the back are on a small alley.

The views were absolutely incredible, both from the room and the rooftop bar which overlooked the plaza and the cathedral. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the bar staff even loaned us a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine we had back at the room.

M room view was just WOW!!! Also, all the views from the rooftop bar were Spectacular!!! The location is perfect right in the middle of Old Town. Miguel in the reception was so fantastic and accommodating!!! I would definitely stay there again!!!

We stayed here for a couple of nights when exploring the city. Beautiful hotel, recently opened, the traditional features have been preserved and complemented by a modern feel. Beds and room very comfortable, continental breakfast. The lady on reception was pleasant and welcoming. Excellent location on the plaza.

La ubicación del alojamiento era excelente, teníamos unas vistas a la Catedral preciosas, en medio del casco histórico y con muchos servicios de restauración en la zona. La habitación era muy bonita y amplia, se notaba reformada y contaba con todo lo necesario: cafetera, agua, secador, plancha de vapor… También disponen de un Rooftop muy guay para tomar algo. En cuanto a la atención, destacar la amabilidad y buen trato de la recepcionista que nos atendió, una persona cercana y encantadora. Repetiremos sin duda alguna.

Fantástico hotel situado en una zona del casco antiguo de la ciudad entre la Catedral y las Casas Consistoriales. En la zona hay de todo, museos, teatros, restaurantes, mercado, comercios, etc. Se trata de un edificio antiguo que ha sido remodelado en su interior sin perder su encanto. Tiene una terraza en la azotea con unas vistas y un ambiente muy agradable. Las habitaciones espaciosas, luminosas y limpias y los desayunos bastantes completos y de calidad.
