A charming area, arranged like the refectories of our convents and open to a marvellous park, which is home to one of the most novel and innovative gastronomic experiences in the south of Gran Canaria. Exquisite meats of the highest quality, carefully selected to offer you the best on the market and prepared in our new charcoal oven, a fortunate fusion of craftsmanship and technology that combines a grill and an oven in the same piece, allowing us to grill and roast our select cuts, retaining their essences and enhancing the aroma of the embers caused by the charcoal that feeds it.
