The Michelin Star restaurant Los Guayres, located in the Hotel Cordial Mogán Playa, is for the second consecutive year on this prestigious list of the leading European reservations platform El Tenedor. This Top 100 is established according to the opinions of its users and taking into account a series of criteria: the marks obtained by the restaurants during 2021, the volume of opinions during that year, the visits to the restaurant's profile and the reservations generated.
Los Guayres restaurant, with the chef Alexis Álvarez at the head of his fantastic kitchen and dining room team, thus maintains the highest recognition in the world's restaurant industry from the Michelin Guide 2022 and consolidates, for yet another year, as one of the best restaurants in Spain and Portugal.
