My wife and I stayed at the Cordial Modal Valle Apartments in March and as the experience ticked every box we could not think of a good reason for our holiday in May not to repeat the experience, and the bonus was equally good weather. Travelling as a retired couple we did not use any of the very many family facilities or pools, just using the top sun deck quiet pool for relaxation with a book - at any time there were always plenty of sunbeds and parasols available. The large apartments are spacious with a very high spec bathroom and with good quality kitchen facilities, equipment and dining, lounge and bedroom furniture. As well as an outdoor dining table and four chairs the balcony has its own sunbeds with overhead and vertical full sunshades if required. We chose half board and enjoyed the wide choice of buffet food available at both breakfast and evening meal, whilst a large supermarket opposite provided everything needed for self-catering lunches. The shopping centre, also opposite, has shops, restaurants, bars and a pharmacist, although the resort of Playa Mogan is only a ten minute or so stroll down the tiled walkway – or a taxi (booked at reception down and from the taxi rank by the beach back) costs less than 4 euros. The golden sandy beach, backed by a range of restaurants and shops, is in a large manmade cove whilst to the right the area known as Little Venice is a picturesque day trip destination of its own. We look forward to a third visit to Playa Mogan and the Valle Apartments.

What a lovely place. Check in was smooth and offered a glass of sparkly to drink.The superior apartment we had on the top floor had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday, aircon, a very large private balcony with two sunbeds and table with four chairs on an artificial grass base. Even an outside shower.!We spent most mornings lying there. We didn't eat in the apartments although we were told food was OK. We had a drink in the bar and you could charge it to your room and pay later. Kitchen facilities were good, we managed a bacon sarnie one morning..lol Lovely views from balcony. Beds quite comfy. Shower very nice. Bedroom and lounge with 2 tvs, didn't watch them though. I would recommend these apartments.

Stayed for a week in a 2 bedroom apartment. Very spacious, huge balcony overlooking the valley. Very clean and smart, breakfast was always a good selection of menu options. Supermarket close by too, and some good restaurants in the shopping centre Will be booking again for next year. Puerto de Mogan is a beautiful small town

Stayed at these apartments 6th to 13th May with my partner and 6 month old boy, after previously stopping here 5 years ago. I just love these apartments. We all really enjoyed our stay and will deffinetely return. This is the most relaxing hotel in the perfect village. Apartments are large with a large balcony which is almost like a garden. Staff are really nice without been too chatty. The grounds are immaculate with an almost tropical setting. Stayed bed and breakfast which has plenty of choice. We chose to eat out every night down around the beach and harbour and have some great meals. Glorious weather. Thanks again cordial mogan valle.

Just back from a week in this hotel. We stayed in room 918 superior self catering top floor Fantastic room beautiful views Very quite great pool (it’s the quite pool no noice etc there are two more family / kids pools on site so if you want a chilled holiday go for the rooms near this pool .and a balcony so large you can spend the day chilling in private on your own sun beds . The service was great very friendly staff helpful at all times . There is a supermarket just a few minutes opposite the hotel good range of fresh food . Just a short 10 min stroll to the beach Lots of fantastic bars and places to eat This is best self catering holiday I have had . Looking forward to returning next year to the same hotel . This is something I never do as we like going to different places each time we holiday Highly recommended the hotel . Join the club cordial membership it’s free but get discounts on food at the hotel and late check out is only £15 instead of £32

El apartamento estaba muy bien. Grande, limpio, comodo. Tenia espacio para dos adultos y dos niños, todo muy comodo y el personal era muy amable. Habia muchas actividades para los niños y el sitio, temperatura y gente eran maravillosos. No llegamos a probarlo porque no nos coincidio, pero los precios del restaurante eran muy muy buenos. Aparte, un dia nos obsequiaron con una cesta de fruta y una botella de vino. Un sitio genial para estar con niños pequeños y despreocuparte. La terraza del apartamento era lo mejor.

Great resort for families. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The room was just like the pictures, very spacious for the 4 of us with great balcony. The resort is huge and it never felt crowded, always sun loungers available at all the 3 swimming pools, kids club and helpful staff made us enjoying the holiday in full. Would really recommend for families with small children.

We had a wonderful 10 days at Apartamentos Cordial Valle. We were here pre-Covid and we were so glad it is still as wonderful now as it was then. Our apartment was on the 9th floor so it takes a while to sort out navigating the lifts but once you get the hang of it it's fine! The apartment was very comfortable and bigger than the flat we had in London in the 8o's! We were impressed by the cleanliness of everywhere. The best thing is the Staff. I don't think we met anyone without a smile on their faces. In particular Virginia behind the Bar on the first floor, she greeted us like old friends and really made the evenings a delight. The food in the evenings were great value for money. All in all a wonderful time. We will be back

To be honest we liked everything, the apartments are so spacious, clean, balcony lovely. The staff are so helpful and pleasant, a lovely welcome when we arrived. The facilities in the complex are excellent caters for all ages, the chill bar is so good for a sundowner. The breakfast is soo good a wide variety of food. We had a late flight and there is courtesy rooms free of charge for the guests, which was a bonus able to get a shower before we left for our flight. The marina is only 10minute walk, plenty of superb restaurants. I would totally recommend these apartments, we are definitely going back.

J ai tout aimé. Les chambres avec grande terrasse et vue sur l'océan. Les 3 piscines chauffées àdifférents etages sont superbes. L emplacement est top. 10 mn a pied de la mer par rue piétonne très jolie. Mogan est un lieu tres agréable. Nous étions en demie pension. Le petit dej est un vrai festin. Le soir c est toujours très bien, avec une spécialité canarienne différente chaque soir. Il y a du local et du moins local mais au moins il y en a pour tous les goûts. La chambre est spacieuse. Nous avons été placé en hauteur comme demandé. Plein de jeux pour les enfants. Les chambres nettoyées tous les jours et nous avons apprécié d avoir le pic nic réservé pour le soir de notre arrivée tard le soir. Salle de sport. Espace bien-être. Solarium. Des vraies vacances avec du soleil et 26 degrés toute la semaine. Je n ai pas regretté d avoir réservé ici plutôt que plus bas sur le port directament (grosse hésitation au moment de réserver) et franchement je ne regrette pas. A 800 m du port plus de tranquillité mais avec les mêmes avantages et moins cher ;) Superbes vacances. L ile est magnifique à cette période.

Such a lovely stay from the moment we were greeted in the huge luxurious lobby by friendly, helpful staff. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. The balcony was great! Really big with tables, chairs, sun loungers and and outdoor shower. We were very happy to hang out there. The choice of pools was great, depending on what you were looking for. The one closest our apartment was the 'quiet pool' - lovely relaxing place to read and dip with a view of the mountains. It's about 10-15 mins pleasant walk to the beach - we went there every day.

We have just completed our annual 3 week vacation to the Cordialle apartments in Mogan Playa. We come every year for the following reasons: Attractive small, less busy town where we have made many friends. Clean self catering apartments, with rooms serviced 5 days per week! Adequately equipped kitchen space. Modern clean bathroom and shower. Very friendly knowledgable staff in all departments Near many excellent restaurants Near 2 well stocked supermarkets We do an average of 10km per day during our stay since there is an excellent walk to the beach and marina! Thriving town experience with many things to experience. Great hill walking options near by! Excellent bus service

Home from home for the last 4 or 5 winters

Our 4th or 5th stay in this place that has become a second home, every January we're looking forward to our sunny break in Mogan. We love the appartements, had 4 or 5 different ones and never been disappointed, very well equipped, clean, wonderful huge south facing terrace, love the pool. Especially appreciated Rhia this year, we did yoga, pilates and stretches with her she's the most caring and entertaining young Greek and gracious Lady, she even came out to say goodbye on our last evening, hope she'll be here again next year. The location is fantastic, we can walk everywhere, love the piano bar just across the street and a treat with a massage at the sister hotel Mogan Cordial.

This is our third stay in the apartments which are built up a hillside so access is by lifts (probably twp) or stairs. Reception was friendly & helpful. The development is child friendly although we visited in term time so only toddlers around. The apartments are spacious with a reasonable sized bedroom, kitchen/ lounge & a mega balcony with room for two beds, a table & four chairs, a shower & room to swing a cat. The balcony faces west & the sun only arrives on the balcony around 1300. The apartments are an easy 10-15 minute walk into the centre which has an excess of good eating possibilities. The nearest supermarket is about 50m from reception & the stop for the 91 express service to the airport & Las Palmas is a five minute walk.

We have not long come back from a 10 night stay. We had a lovely time! We are a family of 4, with a 9 month baby and 3 year old. Pros: *pools so clean.. We would see them with cleaning machines every morning.. Crystal clear water. Cold but refreshing in my opinion. *Huge turfed balcony!! Big enough that our 3 year old could play football and our baby could sit on a soft surface. *Great having soft play next to the bar for evening.. Our boy loved going up to play and mini disco. *lovely grounds.. Trees, greenery, mountains. *perfect location... We loved the flat stroll to the beach & marina every day.

An excellent New Year break.

We stayed here as a family of 2 adults and 2 children, in a 2-bed apartment. We were impressed with the space (particularly the terrace which was in the sun for most of the day)! The apartment was very clean and serviced 5 days per week, towels replaced every other day. Reception and all of the staff were really helpful and friendly - it feels like they enjoy their work and their job, it comes across as natural. There are 3 pools and an additional splash pool. They are heated, still a bit nippy to get into but absolutely fine once you're in. Different atmosphere in each of the pools, the one nearest the pool bar was very busy - the others were more quiet. You can choose according to your preference. The absolute highlight for us was watching the fireworks (22 minutes in total, wow!) at New Year's Eve - first a short display from the Radisson, and then as we understand it, a fantastic display from the Cordial group. Absolutely superb. I would also add that if you book 7 nights, you only pay for 6 - so Club Cordial is actually really good to be a part of. Thank you for a fabulous break - we very much look forward to staying with you again

We stayed here for just over a week and it had everything we needed and more. We arrived late at night and were met with a warm welcome and a glass of bubbly. The apartment was spacious and cleaned regularly by lovely staff. Our son stayed on a pull out sofa bed which was in the lounge area but separate to our bedroom. The shower was powerful and the bathroom spacious. There were three pools one of which had a snack bar where we could get alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and toasties. My son and husband really enjoyed joining in with the game of pool volleyball, it would have been good if this could have happened more than once during our holiday as it was a great way to get everyone involved including the adults! The temperature of the water in all of the pools was very cold which many other guests were commenting on so could be a bit warmer. All of the staff were really friendly and professional. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast as there was plenty of choice including healthy options. There was plenty to do for children of all ages and different kids activities available every day. The table tennis was particularly popular with our son and other children. There is a supermarket opposite so easy to get water and a lovely bar called outlaws opposite too. There is a bit of a walk to the main area which is car free and we didn’t mind walking but this may be difficult for some. A really lovely child friendly place which is clean and has lovely staff.

Das Zimmer war riesig. Die Terasse is mega gross. Selbst eine 6 Köpfige Familie findet Platz in einem 4 Köpfigem Zimmer. Reichlich Pools zur Auswahl und der splash park is perfekt für kleine Kinder. Es gibt viel animation und einen kleinen mini club. Das personal ist super freundlich. Das einzige, was uns störte, war, dass es in den Fluren des hotels immer nach Katzenppipi gestunken hat(uberall laufen katzen rum). Und schwierig is es, den passenden fahrstubl zu finden

Our second great holiday at the lovely Cordial Valle apartments. We stayed on the 8th floor on the south side of the complex and were very kindly allocated the same room as on our last visit. ( we emailed our request the week before). As before our room was very clean and comfortable providing everything we needed to make our breakfasts , snacks etc . The apartment was cleaned and towels and linen changed regularly by very friendly staff. I enjoyed a daily refreshing dip in the pools which are all well maintained and clean. There is really nothing to dislike about the Cordial Valle and I’m sure we will be back soon.

My wife and I have just returned from our 6th visit to these apartments, we were there celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and as usual we were not disappointed. The whole complex is kept spotless and all members of the staff are excellent from cleaners to reception. We had asked if it was possible to be allocated a high up apartment on the South end and this was facilitated for us, which we very much appreciated. On our day of departure we had requested to keep our room for late departure ( 36 Euro charge ), the receptionist at first said this would not be possible but called our room 30 minutes later and said she had made some rearrangements and we would be able to stay on. If you're thinking of Gran Canaria for a vacation, we'd thoroughly recommend the Cordial Valley Mogan. You won't be disappointed.

Tolle Lage, ca. 10 Gehminuten zum Strand, sehr ruhig gelegen, unmittelbar neben einem großen Supermarkt, auch Restaurants fussläufig gut erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist neuwertig, die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet. Super ist auch die große Terrasse mit bequemen Liegen und sogar Outdoor-Dusche.

Our fourth visit to this complex. We booked self catering and a superior room. Apartment was well equipped but if you are self catering there is no oven. There is a four ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee filter machine and lots of pots, pans, cutlery etc.Rooms cleaned five times per week. Hotel was spotless and as always received a great service. We will definitely be back for our fifth visit. Thanks for another wonderful stay. Ps. Special thanks to our cleaner who was friendly, professional and hard working.

Loved our holiday here, such a beautiful, picturesque place, blue sea and amazing mountains. Some of the hotels are very high and the roads by coach pretty scary at times, however the drivers themselves are amazing. Some hotels quite a walk from shore and not all have a beach as there are lots of cliffs /rocks etc, so take a look at specific hotel reviews and pictures before booking. Book bus and taxi services and each area usually has a shopping centre and facilities. Many of the beaches, which can vary vastly in size, have water sports, sunbed hire and food restaurants on the sea front which are all ok prices, however you will be approached by most restaurants as you walk past trying to draw you in. Take a look at the menus as the prices can get high for a family eating. All in all we had a lovely family holiday with amazing views , was hot but always a nice sea breeze. Take care in the sun it can burn faster than you think as the wind chill makes you think its cooler than it is. Quite a trip by coach from airport if you don't like winding roads etc and depending on order or hotel drop off can take up to 2 hours journey. However worth the trip. Check out the boat trips as you really get to see the mountains in their full glory. One thing we noticed when we were there was that there were very few flies or any mosquito! Bonus!

Desde hace varios años vamos a estos apartamentos a desconectar con los niños y cada año salimos más contentos. Desde la llegada hasta la salida todo ha sido de 10. Las instalaciones muy limpias y cómodas. Muchísimas gracias a la recepción por su trato en todo momento, incluyendo cuando nuestro hijo tuvo otitis y necesitamos de ellos para informarnos y que nos prestaran un termómetro. A Margarita la SOS de la piscina, que es una gran trabajadora, y siempre atenta para que nadie tenga un percance. También nos orientó con el centro de Salud para llevar a nuestro niño. Y al personal de limpieza, Cristina que fue quien nos atendía en la limpieza de la habitación, muy eficiente y amable. Gracias y sin duda ahí estaremos en nuestras próximas vacaciones como cada año.

Fantastic apart hotel. Superior rooms are great, with AC and modern furniture. Awesome balconies which are huge, and have an outside shower (in addition to the great shower inside). Fantastic swimming pools, with a great little splash park for younger kids. There's a little playground, soft play, table tennis, gym, beauty spa, and kids club. Evening entertainment is good as well. Location is superb, a 10 mins walk from the beach and marina, and 2 mins from a super Dino. We highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely be back again.

Wir wollten ein paar Tage mit Kleinkind relaxen, dafür war das Apartment perfekt. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und trotzdem findet man sich leicht zurecht und kommt schnell überall hin. Das Apartment ist geräumig und bestens ausgestattet und die Betten sehr bequem. Einzig das Schlafsofa war etwas hart. Wir hatten alles was man benötigt. Safe im Schrank. Deckenlüfter in Wohnbereich und Schlafzimmer. Unsere Wohnung lag direkt auf Poolebene sodass wir nur rauslaufen mussten und am Pool waren-> top für Kinder, Eltern müssen gut aufpassen. Zwei Sonnenliegen und Esstisch mit Stühlen im Aussenbereich der Wohnung vorhanden. Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Tägliche Reinigung der Wohnung durch das Personal, Handtuchwechsel Mo, Mi, Fr. Der Kühlschrank könnte jedoch etwas größer sein. Das spontan zugebuchte Frühstück war mit 13,50€ pro Person kein Schnäppchen, aber sein Geld wert. Das Buffett war sehr umfangreich, es hat nichts gefehlt. Top ist die Möglichkeit sich Omelette oder Spiegeleier braten zu lassen nach Wunsch. Der Kaffee könnte aber besser sein. Insgesamt kommt man als Selbstversorger preislich jedoch besser weg. Das Personal im kompletten Haus war immer aufmerksam und mehr als freundlich, dafür ein sehr großes Lob! In das idyllische Örtchen kommt man ganz einfach in ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg, der direkt an der Anlage beginnt. Auf dem Weg 5 Minuten entfernt ist ein Supermarkt (Superdino) und es liegen die ersten auch guten Restaurants dort. Kostenlose Parkplätze an Straßen vor der Anlage. Wetter war durchgehend sonnig und warm (30°C+x) Von hier kann man problemlos den Westen, Südwesten, Süden und Osten der Insel erkunden. Wer länger fahren will schafft auch die ganze Insel.

Je nach Lage des eigenen Apartments sind die Wege relativ weit. Schöne Bepflanzung in den Außengängen. Viele Familien mit Kinder aller Altersstufen, daher nicht ideal für Singles / Paare. Es gibt aber einen Quiet-Pool.

Su gran terraza es lo mas de lo más, amplia, íntima, en ocasiones hacíamos baño en la piscina y subíamos a tomar el sol en ella por la intimidad, sacábamos un helado, snacks, bebidas y a la hamaca, en la gloria, encima tiene su ducha para refrescarte si el sol aprieta mucho.... la comida muy variada y rica para todos los gustos, fresca y con calidad, buffet con todo cerca como para ir varias veces a degustar, momentos con bastante afluencia pero muy bien organizado todo, sin esperas de ningún tipo. The staff are amazing and make you feel so welcome upon from your return to your departure.Nothing is too much trouble and if something isn’t right they will try their best to make it right,& quickly. The spacious apartment type that we will continue to book when we stay again.Waking up to the knowledge that you will have an amazing choice at the buffet breakfast & again be well looked after during your time in the restaurant. The choice of pools is also a winner for us. Families can enjoy the South pool with its child friendly splash pool whilst the North pool is a little more grown up .We enjoyed the Quiet pool this time and used it on most days.

Just back from 10 days in the apartments. Another great holiday. We missed coming for 4 years with Covid. We did half board and the food was very good for a buffet. Also my daughter is coeliac so they were very good at catering for her needs. William in the restaurant was super helpful and efficient as always. Hadi in the bar was wonderful and also Fran. A special mention for the wonderful Marco and Adrianna in the animation club. They were wonderful with the kids and loved going to mini club. This is an excellent accommodation for families with a Super Dino straight across the road and a 10 min walk to the beach. The evening entertainment is always good at the weekends but as it’s not high season yet there is a mixture of really good acts and then cheaper budget stuff. I’m sure come July and August there will be a bigger budget to have super entertainment every night. Miss this place already.

The complex was very well maintained, loved the mix of having ‘hotel’ facilities / services with self catering. Reception very helpful, we were given the use of a courtesy room on our final day as had a late flight & taxi for airport transfer arranged without issue.Puerto de Mogan itself a very pretty & easily walkable place that is well placed for transport options to visit other locations if needed.

We stayed here over Easter and it was a welcome break with a young family. We could choose the pool or beach and didnt have to use the car except to explore away from the heat for a couple of hours! The staff were very friendly. The cleaner was trying to learn english and very helpful (room 932). The entertainment. The entertainment people in the kids club - marco and ariadna i think - were a lot of fun and the restaurant staff such as william and hidl (?) And the man from venuzeuela were great with the children. Soft play after supper a bonus! Our room had good views and the beach is lovely - not too far to walk. Useful to have a well stocked and reasonably priced supermarket so close too. Food was good and varied. Particularly liked the canarian dishes. The pools were warm but the big one near the splash pad felt a little cool when you first went in as it was so hot! We would recommend it and we dont usually go to hotels like this.

Nos gustó todo en general. Después de analizar multitud de opciones, nos ha parecido todo un acierto elegir este hotel. El personal es encantador e incluso nos cambiaron de habitación dado que buscábamos alguna más alta con mejores vistas. Las habitaciones son tal como están en las fotos, terraza impresionante totalmente equipada para comer y cenar fuera. La cocina súper equipada, con todo: tostador, microondas, vitrocerámica, frigorífico, etc... Nos encantó el desayuno... Impresionante variedad... Las zonas comunes son una pasada, incluidas las piscinas. Muy pensado para ir con niños. Por otro lado, esta ubicado a 10min andando del puerto de Mogán, un lugar espectacular, con mucha restauración y zonas de ocio. Sin lugar a dudas, un acierto total y unas vacaciones de 10. Volveremos.

The apartments and complex are spotlessly clean and maintained to a very high standard. our 1 bed apartment had a beautiful private balcony with table/chairs and sunbeds. There is a quiet pool for couple like ourselves who want a peaceful time at the pool with no children running around and this is a perfect spot and very quiet. The staff at the hotel were wonderful throughout our stay. We arrived very late at night due to a delayed flight, they were ready for us, checked us in quickly and escorted us to our room, and even provided a large bottle of drinking water for us. We loved all the facilities in the hotel. The staff who provided entertainment for children stood out particularly as absolutely amazing. They had endless energy, working long days and into the evening with great enthusiasm and caring for our child. They made the holiday so special for her. She particularly loved the mini-disco! We also thought that the hotel buffet (which we used twice) was really good with an excellent choice of fresh food.

Lovely clean apartments, maids always cleaned room when requested and provided fresh towels. stunning views and 10 min walk to the beach.Marco on the animation team was the heart of the hotel, always making the kids laugh and getting the adults involved in darts tournaments and Aqua aerobics, such a great laugh and really put a cherry on top of the cake. My daughter really liked margarita the pool life guard always cheering her on with swimming. There was some cute kittens on site too which the kids thought were funny. Staff on reception were very helpful and printed off our passenger location forms. All in all a brilliant stay and will definitely return.

Great holiday

Just came back from a great stay at Apartamentos Cordial Mogan Valle. We rented a two bedroom apartment, which were very spacious and clean. Perfect for a family of 4. Balcony was huge with great views. House keeping did a great job cleaning the apartments and keeping other areas of the hotel very clean. Breakfast was great, big selection to chose from. Location perfect, a pretty 10 minutes stroll to the harbour. Night entertainment was good. We saw a Magician, Circus act and took part in Karaoke. Kids disco at 8PM was fun for the kids. A surprise visit from Santa on Christmas Eve day time was a nice touch. All children received a present. For the adults, mulled wine was served by the pool which was lovely too. What really made our stay great was the friendly staff at the hotel. Hadi, who worked behind the bar and restaurant was super friendly, worked hard and always helpful. Marco who lead the entertainment was brilliant! Always smiling and enthusiastic; he worked very hard and made the activities fun e.g aqua aerobics, yoga and Sangria tasting. Amanda, who lead the Kids Club was simply amazing and also worked very hard. She was full of energy and enthusiasm, our daughters loved her and so did the other children. The kid activities was varied and fun - designing own t shirts, making cookies, a dance performance on Christmas eve. A very big thank you to all the great staff (not just the names I mentioned above) for all your hard work, this includes the reception staff, housekeeping, catering team, bar staff and pool side staff. A wonderful holiday! Thank you everyone at Apartamentos Cordial Mogan Valle :)

Another Excellent Stay

This was our second time of this apartment hotel and it was excellent yet again. We had originally booked for a week but had such a great time we quickly bolted on another week which was equally as good. From the glass of cava on arrival through to courtesy calls to ensure you have everything you need from Reception we loved it again. It is a very comfortable place where you can relax and explore the surrounding area very easily. Location – very good indeed. About half an hour in a taxi from the airport and located at the top of the valley. Here, you are a 10 to 15 minute walk to the harbour and beautiful beach along a lovely promenade. We actually enjoyed being a little bit out of town as it gave us some gentle exercise to work off some of the calories! It is also close to the bus station where you can move around the island quickly and efficiently. Rooms – we had a one bedroom apartment which was excellent. Unless you book a superior room you don’t get air-conditioning so may be a problem when it is very hot but it was tolerable while we were there. You do get a ceiling fan in the bedroom to cool you down if needed. The apartment itself is set out beautifully. A good sized lounge area with a television, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer and a well-stocked kitchen with microwave and fridge freezer. You have everything you need here for feeling home from home. The terrace was where it really came into its own though. A big expanse with two sun loungers on it along with 4 chairs and a table and incredible views. It even had its own shower! We spent lots of time here in the morning and the evening and it was very relaxing. Pools - we didn’t use them much as it was a little cold but there is a kids pool, a very comfortable quiet pool and another one that was out of service when we were there. Absolutely loads of sunbeds here so nobody is hogging them like in many other places. Food – we were self catering so didn’t trouble the restaurant. There is a supermarket opposite where you can buy anything you need and the kitchen can ensure you are well catered for for self catering. Wi-Fi – free for unlimited devices. Decent enough to stream video and none of the annoying need to login every time. Staff – very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. We didn’t have much cause to use them but when we did they helped out a lot.

We have just returned from two weeks at this excellent hotel. We had a one bedroom aprtment on a self catering booking. We emailed in advance to request a high up room to avoid any noise and that's exactly what we got. It had a very large balcony with two sunbeds a large table and 4 chairs with soft cushions, it even had a shower on the balcony! The bedroom and lounge/diner/kitchen were very spacious and well equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean and in good condition. So we were obviously very happy with our room. As well as the room we were very impressed with the reception staff who were all very helpful and friendly--they even printed off our passenger locator forms at no charge. So, all in all, we would highly recommend this hotel--it's in a great position at the top of a pedestrian walkway down to the beach, harbour and restaurants.

My time here was amazing and we'll deserved after dealing with covid and lockdowns. I was welcomed with delight and excitement to arrive. The family room was a decent size for a big family with nice big balcony over looking the view of the outside of the apartments pool shopping centre mountains. The members of staff where very helpful throughout the day in the morning at breakfast in the evening and at dinner breakfast and dinner was all inclusive and very nice. It is a great get away for the family there is different types of activities in the morning from 11.00am until lunch time for kids then from 3.00pm till 5.00pm there is something for adults to enjoy mini kids disco at night great music great entertainment. There is a little town less than a 5 minute walk away from the apartments with the beach. I would recommend it for the family this is how much I loved it I didn't want to go leave and I will definitely book another trip back to there again this time for longer.

We stayed for two weeks in October. We booked the superior apartment and it was really spacious with a large sun terrace with sun loungers, outdoor shower and dining table and chairs. We used the quiet pool, perfect for us as we enjoy peace and quiet. No reserving if sunbeds is implemented, lifeguards implemented the rules fairly. Don't moan if you leave towels on beds and walk away, your breaking the rules. Enjoyed the restaurants in the port area, good food and wine. Relaxing holiday at a well run place.

Wonderful place to stay with lovely staff and great apartments. Stayed with my two children and we all had a lovely time. Very close to a picturesque marina and beach for wandering with plenty of nice restaurants to chose from. The rules in the pool we found fine. The lifeguard has a difficult job to do but I found her very pleasant to deal with. If you want a pool for huge inflatables and leather footballs then this is not the place for you. There is also a splash park for more active play for the kids which is a lot of fun too. My kids enjoyed all of the pools on offer. It’s a great place and we will definitely return!

Hemos pasado 10 días de vacaciones y sólo podemos dar buenas referencias del complejo. Estuvimos en un apartamento superior, en la zona de la piscina del silencio, muy amplio tanto el interior como el exterior, con todas las comodidades y con una gran terraza que sirve de solárium. Todo el hotel estaba muy limpio y cumpliendo perfectamente las medidas necesarias por el protocolo COVID. El personal se mostró muy amable y atento durante toda nuestra estancia. Además está bien situado al tener cerca un centro comercial con supermercado y farmacia y se puede ir caminando hasta la playa.

Very happy with these apartments. We booked a superior 1 bed for a couple and it was really spacious. Air conditioning was great and would recommend going with a superior for this alone. Terrace was large and had seating for 4 around a table plus two sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Roll down canopy blinds were installed for privacy too, they've thought of everything! Apartments are well stocked with kitchenware etc. Complex as a whole is well maintained. 3 pools, all in great condition. We travelled whilst Covid-19 was still a thing and the lifeguards were regularly spraying the loungers, handrails, showers and common areas around the pool which was reassuring to see. Certainly there were many things that were closed or under restrictions due to Covid-19 but we didn't feel that this negatively impacted our stay. Location is good with supermarket and a few restaurants and a pub directly across the road. 10-15 minute stroll down a pedestrianised plaza to the port it's not steep so going back up isn't a chore! Staff within the apartments were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return! WE travelled as a couple to meet with family who were already on holiday there with young kids so we had a mixed experience, but very good overall.

Mi familia y yo hemos tenido una estancia excepcional; la habitación era muy amplia, la cocina disponía de todo tipo de utensilios y nos gustó mucho en particular la terraza. La limpieza excelente, el personal en general muy amable y el servicio fantástico. Nos llamó la atención la piscina en la que no se podía hacer ruido, pues era una iniciativa que no habíamos visto antes, fue una experiencia bastante tranquila. Muy contentos con los gatitos que están en los alrededores, así como con el cuidado que estos reciben. Para repetir, seguramente volvamos.

Amplitud del apartamento, con terraza enorme, ducha y hamacas, ideal en estos tiempos de covid en caso de estar las piscinas muy llenas. Todo muy limpio y cama muy cómoda. Zona tranquila, y con un supermercado justo delante. La cocina viene con todo lo necesario para que no te falte de nada. La comida fantástica, variedad y el personal muy amable y atento. Zona cordial valle, 2 piscinas también, piscinas niños, jacuzzis, splash park... parques de remos para niños... El personal súper amable y muy atento, te atienden enseguida,nosotros nos olvidamos las toallas de playa y en menos de 1 hora teníamos 4 toallas para la piscina. La comida muy rica, mucha variedad y en resumen todo excelente, lo recomiendo al 100% y deseando volver...

I have literally just returned from an amazing trip. Ive not unpacked yet, but i wanted to share my amazing experience.. I travelled with my children for 5 nights and had the luck of booking this beautiful hotel. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, room 835. Kingsize bed in one room, sofa bed that pulls out into 2 appropriately sized single beds and 2 singles in the other room. 2 bathrooms both with walk in showers, one of which is en suite. Modern bathrooms! Clean! And very well designed. Hair dryer, shower/shampoo and soap included. The kitchen is very well equipped, I love cooking and the pots was perfectly sized for my family of 6. The supermarket is accross the road literally. They have their own brand as well as the things we are familiar with. (U.k). I travelled during covid times.. so a lot of things was closed but it didnt ruin the holiday at all.. the pools was fun and the splash park is a great touch. *children aged 6 + wear a mask in spain* Please do not let the pandemic put you off. The beach is literally a stroll away 5mins walk. Loads of restaurants and stores. The main hotel has a buffet restaurant with a chef preparing your meat in front of you.. they also serve breakfast. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly helpful and attentive. If you need anything literally ask.. I have nothing bad to say at all.. I have already made plans to return and would definitely recommend to any and everyone.. *ps was having too much of a blast forgot to take pics of accommodation

Lo mejor de la estancia sin lugar a dudas el personal desde la acogida en la recepción hasta el último momento quedamos encantados con el trato, mi padre a último momento quería un apartamento cercano a la piscina y en un momento la chica de recepción nos facilitó el cambio; si a eso sumamos las buenas instalaciones totalmente equipadas y limpias y que encima el último día nos dejarán quedar hasta las 18.00 pudiendo disfrutar de esas horas extra solo podemos decir que totalmente encantados y que tendrán pronto noticias nuestras porque con seguridad volveremos. Wir wollten ein paar Tage mit Kleinkind relaxen, dafür war das Apartment perfekt. Das Apartment ist geräumig und bestens ausgestattet, das Bad neu renoviert, das Schlafzimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber nicht abgewohnt und die Betten sehr bequem. Die Terrasse ist riesig und punktet mit einer Outdoor-Dusche. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und trotzdem findet man sich leicht zurecht und kommt schnell überall hin. Das spontan zugebuchte Frühstück war mit 12,50€ pro Person kein Schnäppchen, aber sein Geld absolut wert. Das Buffett war sehr umfangreich, es hat wirklich an gar nichts gefehlt. Das Personal im kompletten Haus war immer aufmerksam und mehr als freundlich, dafür ein Extra-Lob. Highlight für uns mit zweijährigem Kind war der riesige Splash Park, der auch für kleinste Kids geeignet ist. Ins idyllische Örtchen kommt man ganz einfach in ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg, der direkt an der Anlage beginnt.

This is our 5th visit and we will be back. The hotel rooms are clean, basic and fully equipped with kitchen and dining table, balcony is massive. The pool is slightly heated and perfect for kids who want to spend hours at a time swimming. Staff are friendly and super helpful. It’s very chilled and it is fine to bring your own drinks to the pool area (just no glass). The entertainment (currently not happening due to COVID19) is minimal, normally just a kids disco and 1 small show which is perfect for us, however if you want a full-on show head next door to the playa who normally have a full on professional show (when COVID19 restrictions aren’t in place). The outside chill out lounge is ideal for evening card games while kids play and there is a kids club too. Puerto de Mogán is a beautiful place, a hidden gem in the canaries. Amazing restaurants, beautifully beach and a very relaxed and chilled holiday.

This was our second visit to Mogan Valle within six months and it was an even more brilliant experience than the first. From the moment we stepped into the reception you could feel the welcoming atmosphere from the very best staff Gran Canaria has to to offer.The boss, Ulises Mesa, has brought an amazing team together from the cleaners, restaurant staff and the boys and girls who handled our queries. We had a great one bedroom apartment on the 8th Floor which was a bit confusing to get to at first but we soon were able to work out the different sets of steps and lifts and soon settled in nicely. We had a great one bedroom apartment, a large lounge and kitchen area with all the equipment needed to cook almost anything. The bedroom offered plenty of storage space and a safe. The massive terrace with a wonderful view of the harbour was fantastic. We chose to go self catering so we had the flexibility of eating out at many of Mogan's lovely restaurants. The Valle also offered it's own restaurant facilities for breakfast, lunch and buffet dinner which we did enjoy enormously. Lots of variety. Like the rest of the world Gran Canaria was hit by the Corona Virus but the staff doubled their efforts to make our stay as terrific as they could. And their efforts paid off. We were only locked down for 4 for our 11 night stay but we could go out to visit the supermarket towards the end of our stay to buy provisions. Shortly after we left the hotel was forced to close as incoming tourists were, by then, banned because of the pandemic. We do hope The Cordial V

The Pools are very safe [with lifeguard] and there in a small snack bar. We went Self Catering and there is a very good Supermarket just across the street. We have stayed at these apartments on 5 or 6 visits now. The apartments are pleasant, airy, well presented and always clean. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful, speak good English. The pools are always very clean and surprisingly quiet although we avoid school holidays! Breakfast is excellent with a huge range of food to choose from, in a buffet style. Lunch and Dinner are available but we have not often used these.

We’ve stayed at these wonderful apartments many times and can’t recommend them highly enough. They are spotlessly clean and all the staff are amazing. The location is perfect, just a leisurely stroll to the seafront and all the fantastic restaurants that Mogan has to offer. Some nice bars in the shopping centre opposite the apartments and a well stocked supermarket a stones throw away. What more could you ask for. We absolutely love this place and keep returning year after year, our next visit is in May and we can’t wait. This is my first review of the Mogan Valle, I really wanted to keep this place secret, but credit where credit is due, try it for a week or two and you’ll never want to holiday anywhere else.

The location was excellent , near enough to the beach and marina area but yet quite at night. Great place for rest and relaxation.the room and facilities in the complex were excellent. The room was cleaned often and clean towels aplenty. There were plenty of restaurants in Mogan to suit everyone. The service in these restaurants were excellent. Attached to the BE Cordial apartments was a top class hotel with a michelin star restaurant. This was well worth the experience and the food was to die for.

This as our first time in Gran Canaria. We were recommended Puerto de Mogan and this apartment hotel by the travel agency. We are happy about that. The size of the village was right for us and the apartment hotel what we wished for. The apartment had large rooms with a good standard, kitchen well-equipped, bathroom nice. Also the cleaning lady did a great job. The staff in the reception, in the lunch bar, at the pools; yes everywhere, was very friendly. We will most certainly come back when we need some sun in december.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr kinderfreundlich und schön angelegt. Toll fanden wir die extra Kinderbereich mit dem flachen Pool (Tiefe ca.30cm) und die Wasserspielanlage. Unser Appartment war frisch renoviert und sehr geräumig. Neben dem Hotel gibt es auch gleich einen Supermarkt zur gelegentlichen Selbstversorgung. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Just returned from a week at the Cordial Valle Apartments and we loved the hotel and resort. Our 1 year old loved the splash park and the spacious room and balcony was ideal for her to play and explore. Sun loungers on the balcony is a huge plus for when little ones having a sleep during the day. Staff were all very friendly from start to finish. We were a bit hesitant about going half board but the food and choice was excellent. Constantly being refreshed and options to be made fresh in addition to the buffet. We would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return. Thanks for a great holiday.

Spent two weeks at the end of September/ beginning of October. Had an excellent time in a a superb and well run location. The room was a standard one bedroom apartment and it was in tip top condition and we could not have asked for a better one!! From the moment we arrived we found everything to be first class- the room itself, the balcony, the cleaning of the rooms, the replacement of towels and the of the linen. The balcony was also tip top. A nice touch to receive a glass of wine on late arrival and also to get a telephone call the next day to ask if everything was O.K. I have no hesitation in recommending these apartments to anyone.

Everything was amazing. I cant complain. The resort is incredible, the best value for money. And after the check out they offered us a room with shower and a small living room to rest and be able to clean up ourselves as our flights was only at night. All this for no extra cost. Unos amigos nos lo recomendaron y superó nuestras expectativas. El mejor lugar de vacaciones que puedes encontrar si viajas en familia (cuidan detalles en relación a los pequeños de la casa), por lo menos de los mejores de la isla. Destacamos las dimensiones del apartamento con su terraza de césped artificial para que jueguen los peques, el parque acuático infantil y la ubicación de la estancia. Clean, great rooms. Gorgeous balcony. We had a superior room with AC and it was fantastic. Good buffet for breakfast and tea with a range of food. Always a good kids option too- pasta, hot dogs, burgers, chips etc. Good mini disco and various evening entertainment. Small soft play area near the bar. 10 min walk to the beach (with kids) and a brilliant splash park and 3 pools to choose from. A supermarket 1 minute away (Superdino) straight across from hotel. Would highly recommend for families with children.

Wunderbare Anlage mit tollen Pools, unglaublich freundliches Personal, sehr sauber und abends ruhig. Sehr zu empfehlen für Familien, auch mit kleinere Kindern. Es gab immer eine Liege, weil man diese nicht reservieren darf und daher immer einige freie Liegen - auch zur Mittagszeit - zur Verfügung standen.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Check in war unkompliziert und wir konnten schnell ans Meer. Verpflegung war recht gut für die gebuchte Halbpension. Mittags konnte man sich auch an der Snackbar was holen Preise waren recht okay. Gegenüber vom Hotel gibt es einen Supermarkt war überrascht wie günstig es war. Der Strand war über einen schönen Weg gut zu erreichen. Schöne Lokale und Läden aller Art an der Strandpromenade. Rezeption war nett und hilfreich. Super Urlaub

We stayed here for the first two weeks of July. Nice glass of wine on arrival, rooms are clean and tidy with large balcony. Reception staff work really hard and very helpfull. Close to outlaws bar, shopping centre. Great market on fridays. Would stay here again and lots to do for everyone of all ages. Big thumbs up to all who work there.

Excellent accessibility for wheelchair users, as is the whole resort, lifts everywhere. we booked a week before we went. I emailed and asked for an easily accessible room with a balcony that had grass on for my daughter to crawl. I would choose these apartments for the balcony alone 30ft x 24 ft, with access from bedroom and main room. Excellent customer service, greeted at 1am with a drink and platter of ham, cheese, salad and fruit. 25 mins from airport. We went self catering, however the restaurants we ate at in Playa de Morgan were surprisingly average and expensive (except Jungle Rock 5*), so I would choose half board/ inclusive next time. Super Dino a few minutes away, 15 minute flat walk to the beach along lovely pedestrian walkways with palms, sculptures and outdoor gym equipment. Friday market was great, beach is small but quiet during the week. Crowded, presumably by islanders at the weekend. Quiet, gentile resort, pretty harbour. Not a late night, party place. Perfect to swim, read and recharge batteries.

Nos alojamos en un apartamento durante 4 días con niños pequeños y sin régimen de comidas. Los días que nos apetecía ir a desayunar o cenar al buffet nos atendían muy bien. Todo correcto y con facilidades para los pequeños. Wir sind begeistert von dieser Apartment-Anlage. Schön gelegen am Hang. Großzügige Zimmer die Zweckmäßig eingerichtet sind. Die Betten sind bequem, die Schlafcouch etwas hart aber durchaus okay. Das Bad ist toll. Neu und mit toller Dusche! Auch der Fön ist klasse!! Die Zimmer werden 5x die Woche sauber gemacht und auch die ganze Anlage empfanden wir als sehr sauber! Die Pools wurden regelmäßig überprüft und waren auch sehr sauber! Über die Anlage verteilt gibt es 3 Pools und einen SplashPark für die Kleinen. Toll!! Für diese gibt es einen Kids Club und abends eine Mini Disco. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Einen Supermarkt und einige Geschäfte und Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Los apartamentos están súper bien. El que nos tocó tenía una terraza enorme con ducha incluida, una habitación con dos camas, un baño, una cocina con todo lo necesario y un salón con sofá cama. Las piscinas estaban super bien, y no tuvimos problemas de hamacas. La zona del Splash increíble, los niños no paraban de correr bajo los chorros. La animación era bastante divertida.

Unsere Ferienwohnung im 7 Stock hat eine sehr große Terrasse und die Wohnung ist mit zwei Zimmern für zwei Personen sehr großzügig gestaltet. Porzellan , Besteck,Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher sind vorhanden. Der nahegelegene Supermarkt ist ideal für eine Selbstversorgung am Morgen. Den Hafen kann man auf einer schönen Straße ohne Autos innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichen.

Es la tercera vez que elegimos este destino para pasar unos días de descanso. Nos hemos alojado en la habitación 328 y como "siempre" todo genial!!! Acorde a nuestras expectativas. Una atención y una amabilidad excelente, la habitación muy amplia y cómoda, con su cocina a la que no le falta de nada, su salón con sillón cama y televisión y un baño enorme. La terraza, lo mejor, con su césped artificial, sus hamacas, sillas, mesa y su plato ducha... No se puede pedir más!!! La comida como siempre nos ha encantado, trabajan con buena calidad y eso se nota. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo del cordial mogán valle por hacernos pasar una estancia inolvidable. Volveremos a volver

No puedo tener una sola crítica mala acerca de estos apartamentos. Acabamos de llegar a Bilbao y ya estamos pensando en cuando volver a nuestro “pequeño paraiso” . Nos hemos alojado en la habitación 427 , ya la conocíamos porque estuvimos hace dos años en la de al lado. 3 estrellas se le queda pequeño si en cuanto a servicios se tiene que calificar, no he visto una sola cara amarga en toda la estancia, todos, desde que entras las recepcionistas, el equipo de limpieza, mantenimiento, barmans, camareros, cocineros, en la comida, el equipo de animación, socorristas, TODOS tienen un trato amabilísimo y exquisito, hasta el hombre de seguridad de la entrada , la verdad es que el carácter canario nos encanta porque es algo que se puede extrapolar al conductor del autobús que te lleva hasta el aeropuerto o a cualquier dependienta de cuañquiera de los negocios de puerto Mogan (En un hotel de 5 estrellas no me tratan como aquí). Nos hemos sentido una vez más comodisimos y rodeados de buena gente siempre atenta y sonriente. Gracias a todo el equipo, volveremos no una, muchas veces más! Un saludo desde Bilbao!!!

Hemos venido a pasar unos dias aki y han sido maravillosos!!!El niño se lo ha pasado en grande en las piscinas adaptadas para ellos en las que no hay peligro y pueden correr y jugar sin problema.Y por supuesto,mi pareja y yo tambien disfrutamos mucho,puesto que la habitacion dispone de terraza con hamacas y mientras el niño dormia nosotros podiamos tomar el sol y descansar!!! Las habitaciones estan muy bien!!Y el sitio es tranquilo y agradable! El personal muy atento y cordial. Desde luego repetiremos desde que tengamos ocasion!Muy recomendable

Somos una pareja con un niño de 2 años de Tenerife que nos alojamos en mediados del mes de agosto. La zona a los alrededores es muy tranquila y segura, hay supermercado, tiendas, mercadillo y playa a 5 minutos caminando. Ademas con la nueva conexión es fácil de llegar desde el puerto. Los apartamentos nos encantaron, tamaño grande, limpios y con muchas atracciones. Mi hijo disfruto a lo grande con los chorros de agua y cubo de colchonetas, ademas se le abrió apetito con la buena comida que servían en el comedor. Decidimos contratar media pensión pero también almorzábamos cada día en el Hotel.Especialmente nos impacto el servicio del todo personal que fueron muy amables y profesionales, cumplían con todas peticiones que teníamos y yo tenia bastantes! Volvemos sin duda!

2nd Visit Did Not Disappoint

We decided to return to Cordial Mogan Valle this again this year as we had such a great experience there last summer. We have two young children (8 & 5) and they are already asking to go back again! This year they got involved in the Mini Club and evening entertainment and really enjoyed it (whereas last year just weren't into it) and made lots of friends. I love that there is such a nice family atmosphere about the place and Puerto Mogan in general. Our apartment this year was on the 3rd floor and was easy to get too. It was spotless and well attended to throughout our stay - the housekeeping staff were lovely and always made an effort to chat with the kids if we happened to be around when they called. The setup of the apartments are great with a well equipped kitchen and spacious living area. I really couldn't fault the accommodation at all and the location is great - so close to the supermarket and plenty of restaurants and shops.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen man sprach deutsch sowie auch engl. , franz. . Das Zimmer war groß , Wohnküche ,Essecke , grosses Bad und Schlafzimmer.Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. 2 Balkone , einer mit Stühle u. Tisch , der andere mit Liegestühle und Dusche. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet , Kühlschrank , Herd , Mikrowelle , Kaffeemaschine , Wasserkocher , Toaster und Geschirr etc. Wir gab Frühstück und Abendessen in Buffetform.Und es gab alles was das Herz begehrte.Müsli und Obst , verschiedene Brot- u. Brötchensorten.Mehrere Marmeladensorten , Joghurt , engl. Frühstück , Sekt , etc. Das Personal war in allen Bereichen super freundlich. Es gab 3 Pools und 1 Kinderpoolparadies. Man fand immer eine Liege und es war nie voll am Pool. Der Ort Mogan und der Strand waren nur 10 min. Fußweg entfernt. Bushaltestellen war auch in der Nähe. Wir hatten einen schönen entspannten Urlaub und würden jederzeit wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.
