Precioso hotel, ubicación de 10. Siempre me cuesta dormir fuera de casa, pero aquí la oscuridad completa de la habitación y la cama extra cómoda hicieron su trabajo. Se agradece tener en el desayuno tostas preparadas para los que tenemos que hacer un desayuno express por temas de trabajo. Escritorio, cafetera de cápsulas en la habitación, gel de ducha de Rituals… esos detalles que hacen todo mucho más cómodo y especial. Repetiré sin dudarlo.

Sehr schönes Boutique Hotel mitten in der wundervollen Altstadt von Las Palmas. Alles auf modernstem Stand und trotzdem tolles Flair. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut, viel Auswahl und zu einem fairen Preis. Zu erwähnen wäre noch die Bar am Dach, die nur zum Teil zum Hotel gehört, aber auf der man am Abend (ausser Sonntag und Montag) in einer tollen Umgebung noch einen Absacker genießen kann.

Cordial Malteses is located in a quiet street, away from any noisy activity. Calm, peaceful and tranquil. This hotel is just beautiful. From the minute you enter, you’re met by lovely friendly staff and the beautiful aroma meets you, and the smell lingers throughout the hotel. Outstanding traditional features throughout.Truly an amazing place to stay. Immaculately clean, rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Very Comfy beds, and shower is powerful and hot. Breakfast was very substantive, good choice every morning and nicely presented. The hotel is within walking distance to the main strip of endless shops/ cafes/ restaurants and landmarks like the Cathedral. 10 minutes and you’re on the sea front. No beach and near the Marina. We were in Room 309 (in the corner facing into the street) and we had no disturbances from late nighters. The hotel has a fab spacious roof top area with a bar. No swimming pool but that did not bother us. There is simply nothing but positive comments for the beautiful Boutique Hotel. I’d definitely recommend and would stay here again and again. The price wasn’t cheap, but was worth every penny. I can’t recommend enough

I think personally that this is one of the most luxurious boutique hotels in las palmas. You can have the most amazing suites here. The suites are ultra modern although the historical details of this rich ornamented building are respected and restored to their glory. With all the luxury you can expect in a hotel like this. Totally in accordance to this the breakfast options are just in any way the best. The service that the friendly staff offers is just amazing. And you are treated like royalty. The place is in the old center of town. You everything is walkable. Even close to the ocean promenade. An experience you will not forget. And to repeat!

The old building of this small hotel was very beautifully renovated, with a modern twist but yet keeping some old features like stucco decorations and beautiful french windows and doors. Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room and the beautiful bathroom were spotlessly clean. We also enjoyed the small breakfast room and nicely presented breakfast. Location was perfect for sights and some lively restaurants in charming old town Vegueta and it was also reasonably easy to take a bus or a taxi ordered fåby reception to the popular beach area - not within walking distance if you prefer beach life.

El hotel es sencillamente precioso: un palacete de principios del siglo XX al que se le ha hecho una reforma espectacular, respetando su esencia y cuidando cada detalle con un gusto exquisito. Es imposible no detenerse a observar cada rincón. Desde el primer contacto telefónico para formalizar la reserva, ya sentimos algo diferente: una atención cercana, profesional y siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo. Viajamos para celebrar el 83 cumpleaños de mi madre y quisimos hacerlo de una manera especial, en esta zona tan mágica junto a la Catedral, el barrio de Vegueta y la calle comercial de Triana, envueltos además en un ambiente navideño precioso. No pudimos elegir un hotel mejor. La dirección del hotel colmó a mi madre de atenciones mas que generosas por su cumpleaños, un gesto que jamás olvidaremos. No podemos estar más agradecidos. Nos alojamos en una habitación Deluxe y en la Suite Imperial, una auténtica joya que, curiosamente, había sido ocupada por la Reina Sofía un año antes. Ella y nosotros ahora tenemos algo en común: declararnos fans absolutos de este hotel.

Wir waren für zwei Tage auf Gran Canaria und haben uns dieses Hotel in der Altstadt gebucht. Das superior Zimmer war top hergerichtet und selbst für vergessenes war im Bad vorgesorgt. Auch wenn der Zugang es nicht erwarten lässt, so wird man im Inneren vom Ambiente abgeholt. Vom Empfang bis zur Bar, übrigens auch gegen 21 Uhr noch einen Absacker bekommen, war das Personal freundlich und jederzeit für den Gast da. Sehr gern wieder.

This is a fantastic hotel in the old town of Las Palmas. Staff are very friendly and helpful. On our arrival, the receptionist kindly gave us some maps and recommended places that we might like to visit during our first trip to Gran Canaria. The staff at the rooftop bar are also excellent, and we were offered a free welcome drink after checking in. We were able to travel around the island easily by bus, and the hotel is only a short walk away from the bus station. The hotel and our room was beautifully decorated throughout.

Es posible que sea uno de los mejores proyectos de restauración de un edificio histórico en Canarias. A tener en cuenta en esa ejecución es, que ostenta un grado de conservación ambiental dentro del catálogo de Patrimonio Histórico del Plan Especial de Protección de Vegueta y Triana. Arquitectura de principios del siglo pasado fundida con elegancia contemporánea. Techos de 4'70, molduras y suelos de tarima compuesta con elementos de domótica o iluminación ambiental e indirecta, transmiten una sensación de lujo sin ostentación y confort. Experiencia integral. Normalmente caminamos por Vegueta y Triana pero no podemos saborear sus interiores. En este caso desde la contemporaneidad podemos intuir el tiempo remansado. La decoración corrió a cargo del grupo Abadía Interiorismo. No abundaré en observaciones ya hechas en otras reseñas y que comparto como: la amabilidad del personal, la excelente ubicación, los detalles cuidados. No es de extrañar que este hotel sea el elegido por la Reina Emérita Doña Sofía, persona discreta, culta y sofisticada. Quiero dar las gracias a su directora, Doña Carmen, por sus consejos y atenciones.

El personal muy amable siempre resolvió cualquier problema de forma eficiente, a destacar el personal de recepción y de la cafetería (Marian), las habitaciones son muy confortables y modernas así como limpias, bebida de bienvenida en la terraza, botellas de agua de cortesía, calentador de agua y máquina de café en la habitación, el hotel está decorado con mucho gusto, se encuentra en una ubicación muy buena cerca de la calle Triana, habitaciones silenciosas en la parte del hotel que da a un patio interior, la terraza está muy bien.

The location is great, a quiet small street very near the old town, and the building is a pearl by itself - interesting old architecture combined with modern solutions. It is indeed a boutique hotel with a private vibe, the staff were very polite and friendly. Tolles Hotel mit schöner Dachterrasse und gutem Frühstück. Lage wirklich toll, sehr zentral. Bushaltestelle und Busbahnhof San Telmo in der Nähe. Wir waren über Silvester für 2 Nächte dort. Schönes und sauberes Zimmer mit Milchglas Fenster und Holzverkleidung. Siehe Foto. Wir hatten ein Budget Zimmer, das war von der Lage her nicht so optimal. Ebenerdig, bei der Rezeption und in der Nähe des Frühstücksraums. Außerdem war gegenüber ein Kindergarten oder Ähnliches. Wir hatten aber Glück und es waren Ferien. Darüber wurden wir vorher per Mail informiert und hätten die Möglichkeit gehabt zu stornieren. Was wir aber auch auf Grund von alternativen zum Glück nicht getan haben.

This is a small modern hotel within an old building, within 10 min walk of the old town Our room was on the ground floor with no view from the window which didn’t matter to us. The room was very well equipped with coffee machine and kettle and a really great shower. There is a small breakfast area with a selection of foods which was very good and no problem getting a table when we wanted. There is a small supermarket 5 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel has a nice open air rooftop bar but a bit cold in January. The hotel has an arrangement with a local underground car park 5 min walk away and costs €10 per day through the hotel. You must collect a parking ticket from the hotel before going to the parking just scan the ticket on at the barrier on entry and exit from the car park. Communication with the hotel was great and very efficient.

I love the fact that it had previously been a palace. There has been no expense spared in making this hotel as wonderful as it is. We loved the rooftop bar which was very spacious. Our Cuban waiter was very friendly and helpful as well as giving us tips on where to visit and eat out too. We stayed in room 308 which was extremely comfortable with plenty of room. An added bonus was the tea and coffee facilities.

This was a great hotel in the historic centre of Las Palmas and close to all the facilities. It is very close to the bus and coach stations for either arriving from the airport of travelling out to the beach. The staff, in particular, Claudia were really helpful while the room was very comfortable. The roof terrace and bar were an added bonus. Would highly recommend.

Nous voulions nous faire plaisir pour une nuit dans un hôtel qui change de l’ordinaire et nous avons été ravis de notre choix ! La chambre était magistrale avec une très belle décoration qui mêle le moderne et l’ancien. L’emplacement dans le centre historique permet d’être près des bons petits restaurants de la ville et des principaux bâtiments historiques. Si vous avez une voiture de location, l’hôtel a un partenariat avec le parking San Bernardo (prenez un ticket classique et l’hôtel vous expliquera ensuite comme ça se passe). L’accueil de l’hôtel (et du parking) est d’ailleurs très sympathique.

Boutique Hotel Cordial Malteses greeted us with a very stylish clean room. The receptionists were all very lovely and helpful. We had a very nice sleep in the comfy bed, bathroom had all the necessary toiletries also. Breakfast was served in an intimate modern decorated room and had all the basics we wanted. The location is superb! Just in the old town and 1 minute from the main shopping street! Restaurant etc just around the corner. We parked on the Vegueta Market´s parking spot, it was convenient and only a short walk away from the hotel.

The location is outstanding! And the hotel itself is done up really nice! It is also well maintained and clean. The lady at reception was very helpful and spent the time to explain a few important but subtle things! Excelente nuestra estancia en el hotel durante cuatro dias. Estuvimos paseando y disfrutando del maravilloso barrio de Vegueta y recorrimos la isla en coche. Para mi gusto la ubicación espectacular si quieres combinar en tu viaje cultura, playa y los pueblos del norte. Cerca del hotel cantidad de restaurantes y tiendas. Las habitaciones bien decoradas y el desayuno estupendo. No puedo estar mas que agradecida por la gran ayuda del personal y dirección del hotel con un problema que surgió con los billetes de avión de vuelta. Gracias! Ah! y no conviene perderse la terraza en lo alto del edificio del hotel para el afterwork o simplemente tomar el aire.

The hotel is very nicely located in Vegueta, the historic district. All sights and plenty of restaurants are close by. The hotel itself integrated the old parts of the building well with all the amenities modern life requires. The rooms was rather big , bathroom is excellent, and the beds are comfy. Ich kann einfach nur 5 Sterne vergeben!!! Das Hotel liegt mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Las Palmas und ist ein vor kurzem renoviertes Palazzo. Es wurde bei der Renovierung darauf geachtet, dass die alten Elemente erhalten geblieben sind und gleichzeitig wurde der Rest modern renoviert. Die Lage war wunderbar, direkt in der Altstadt. Das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit, der männlichen Kollege hat sogar deutsch gesprochen. Das Hotel hatte sogar Soja und Hafermilch. Der Geruch des gesamten Hotels atemberaubend. Das Frühstück war klein aber hervorragend, die Dame die am Frühstücksbuffet arbeitet war so süß und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war genau über dem Eingang, also mit Blick auf die kleine wunderbare Gasse.

The interior of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Prior to arrival I contacted the hotel to specify a room layout and they sent me a link to a virtual tour to help me pick my room! Amazing! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. On arrival we were given a map of the area that highlighted the nearby monuments which we explored later that day. There is a taxi rank nearby the hotel so easy to get around, it is also located very closely to the bus station. Got around very easily and took a trip to the south with ease. Really enjoyed my stay and wish it was longer! Hopefully will be back again!

Einfach alles. Ein unglaublich charmantes Team. Wir bekamen eine Führung durch den umgebauten ehemaligen Palazzo und historische Daten gleich dazu. Die Zimmer in der 3. und 4. Etage sind toll hoch und mit den ursprünglichen Designs / Stuck instandgesetzt. Man findet eine wirklich spannende technische Ausstattung vor: Licht/ Klima/ cleaningserviceanfrage kann über smarte Panels geregelt werden. Keine zerflederten Hängeschilder für die Tür, kein durchs Zimmer Gerenne weil irgendwo noch eine Lampe brennt. Wenn die Fenster geöffnet werden, schaltet sich umweltschonend die Klimaanlage ab. Die Betten sind mega bequem, es gibt eine kleine Kaffemaschine, das Bad ist modern und stylisch.

El mes pasado fuimos mi pareja, mis padres y yo para pasar el fin de semana de mi cumpleaños. Desde el primer momento nos encantó el hotel, el entorno, la ubicación y el servicio de todo su personal. Destacar el trato recibido por Claudia de recepción y por la directora Carmen, que desde el minuto uno se desvivieron por hacer de nuestra estancia un momento inolvidable. Nos ofrecieron hacer una ruta por el hotel, para contarnos su historia. Se trata de un antiguo palacete que perteneció a una familia de bien de Las Palmas, quedamos muy impresionados y enamorados de todas y cada una de las habitaciones, decoradas de forma totalmente diferente y con un gusto exquisito, pero siempre respetando la historia de la familia que vivió allí. Su acogedora azotea en la que tomar una copa con buena música, es el remate a una estancia totalmente satisfactoria. El hotel está ubicado justo por encima de la calle Triana, con lo que a pie tienes todas las tiendas y restaurantes que puedas imaginar. Un lujo de hotel boutique y sobre todo, un lujo en el trato recibido (muchísimas gracias de corazón). Sin duda, volveremos siempre que podamos a visitar a la que consideramos ya una familia en Las Palmas.

The room has been small, but practical and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and large. Parking is possible nearby. Altogether, we had a fantastic time and would love to stay here again.

Für Mietwagen Nutzer gibt es eine Kooperation mit einem Parkhaus in der Nähe zu Sonderkonditionen. Hotel mit viel Liebe zum Detail aus einem ehemaligen Stadtpalais entstanden. Edificio emblemático ubicado estratégicamente que hacen del hotel una auténtica obra de arte. El trato de las recepcionistas y la dirección del hotel EXQUISITO, siempre atentas y muy amables. Las habitaciones son una auténtica pasada, cuidan todos los detalles y te hacen viajar al pasado, el desayuno en un entorno familiar con lo justo para salir a conocer el centro de la ciudad, la terraza en cubierta de lo mejorcito para tomar una copita e ir a descansar (ambiente espectacular). Lo mejor de todo es que estando en el centro de la ciudad a penas se escucha un ruido y hemos podido disfrutar del descanso. Sin duda el sitio ideal para desconectar en pareja y disfrutar de la ciudad. VOLVEREMOS 100%. Lo más top de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Fuimos a Las Palmas por trabajo pero alargamos la estancia hasta el fin de semana para poder conocer bien la isla. El hotel está en el centro de la capital, se trata de un Palacio totalmente rehabilitado con mucho gusto manteniendo la esencia original del edificio pero donde han incluido elementos modernos que hacen que su imagen sea más actual. Buenas habitaciones, buenos espacios comunes, sobre todo la azotea. Buen desayuno. El equipo nos trató de lujo, especialmente Ana Delia (recepción) y Carmen (directora del hotel). Nos sentimos como en casa y volveremos sin duda.
