Dieses tolle Hotel hat volle 5 Sterne verdient. Sind als Pärchen zum vierten Mal hier es ist und bleibt unser Lieblingshotel auf Gran Canaria. Das Essen ist sehr abwechslungsreich eine Wahnsinns Auswahl, frische Qualität vorallem der frische Frisch. Alles mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Das Personal ist im gesamten Hotel sehr sehr hilfsbereit, höflich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles schön sauber und wir hatten auch gute Matratzen. Abends ist es außerhalb des Hotels sehr schön am Hafen und was auch toll ist der Supermarkt gleich gegenüber. Wir überlegen grad dem Cordial Club beizutreten um bei der Zimmerauswahl ein Wunschzimmer zu bekommen und auch bei den Getränken günstiger zu profitieren. Wir haben schon für über Weihnachten gebucht und freuen uns jetzt schon.

We were a family of six celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We last stayed at this hotel in 2019, and on that occasion we had a few points of minor constructive criticism, so rated it 4 stars. This time it was most definitely 5 stars. All the points of constructive criticism in our previous review seem to have been addressed, and this time there was nothing to fault. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean, especially the pool which is the cleanest I have ever swum in. The maid did a thorough job of cleaning the room every day, the buffet breakfast was on a par with some of the best 5-star hotels, there was good entertainment during the day and in the evening, the gardens are exceptionally maintained and the staff all went the extra mile to make sure we had a great holiday. The hotel is ideally situated in the prettiest fishing village in the Canaries, and within walking distance of dozens of top class restaurants and bars. Immediately upon returning home all six of us booked again for next year.

A little bit of paradise in Gran Canaria!

This is a fantastic destination combining old world charm with modern facilities. The staff are superb & the buffet-style restaurant has plenty on offer for every taste. The hotel grounds are expansive with one of the most beautiful gardens on the island. It even has its own area of special archaelogical interest! Close to the picturesque harbour with its many restaurants, cafés & shops. Great public transport connections at the local bus station, a few minutes away. Great free Wi-Fi too!

My wife and I are just back from a week in this lovely hotel. The room was excellent and clean. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. We used the top pool which was good, no trouble getting a sunbed and a nice pool to slip into when it got too hot. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the botanical gardens are amazing. Plus it’s close to the beach area and port. I really can’t fault this place. It is our second visit to this hotel and we look forward to visiting it again.

Un lugar remarcable que se ha quedado grabado en nuestro corazón para siempre. Mi mujer y yo pasamos aquí nuestra luna de miel y la experiencia fue de lo más esplendorosa. El recepcionista Agustín se encargó de que nuestra habitación estuviese preparada hasta el mínimo detalle para celebrar un momento tan especial. El trato de Enric también fue exquisito, como lo fueron muchos otros miembros del personal, siempre atentos y cercanos, a nombrar a Angelo, Pedro, Omar, Vanesa, Sofía, Sergio... todos siempre muy atentos y excepcionales en su trabajo. Mención especial para el Señor Santana, que tuvo todo un detallazo con nosostros, y el Spa, en el que disfrutamos ampliamente de su infraestructura y belleza. Los jardines del hotel son impresionantes, todo precioso y muy limpio, el agua de la piscina es cálida y acogedora, el buffet Tamarona es excepcional, con una oferta de comida interminable y la oferta de bebida es también amplia y de calidad. Mención especial, también, para el Restaurante los Guayres, un restaurante que hace honor a su estrella Michelín, ampliamente merecida. En resumen, una experiencia formidable y satisfactoria para todos los sentidos.

Absolutely amazing grounds --- gardens, swimming pool, restaurant, social areas are hard to fault. Rooms are spacious, bright, clean and well decorated. Possibly the best hotel we ever stayed in. Food was very good and service was, for the most part, professional and friendly especially considering the number of guests being served. Surprisingly, there were also enough stretchers for everyone around the two beautiful pools. Highly recommended!

We stayed here in September 2022 and had a fantastic & very relaxing stay. As you arrive at the hotel you get the wow factor, the interior is amazing, the staff are so friendly & always happy to help with a smile on their faces. The rooms are all in what I would describe as colonial courtyard style with an array of plants & palms outside. There are two identical pools one for families and the other a little more relaxed, both pools have a garden feel with palm trees & fruit trees long with grassed areas. I am not really a buffet type person but the restaurant was amazing with an array of different salads and hot food to choose from along with chefs cooking fresh fish and meats to order so something for everyone! Breakfast was also very well catered for with various breads & pastries along with fresh fruit, omlettes cooked to order and a good selection of hot food and cereals. Overall we had one of the most relaxing holidays we have every had at the Cordial Mogan Playa, so much so we have booked to return at the end of September this year(2023) & we are so looking forward to our return!

They work incredibly hard as it’s a big hotel and whenever there was a problem it was sorted out immediately. I’m a vegetarian and there was a lot of meat which worked for my son but I found the selection of food at breakfast and dinner good . We were genuinely sad to leave and plan to return next year.

Perfect family holiday

Just returned from 1 week at this lovely hotel. We were a large group of 12 including 2 babies and we could not have been more looked after. The staff were so friendly and worked so hard. The food choices at breakfast and dinner were excellent and I definitely enjoyed the chocolate fountain every evening! The pool area was perfect for children with plenty of space. We upgraded to a suite which was lovely as we had a private garden to use when the baby napped during the day. Would definitely recommend this hotel and resort to others.

Una maravilla de hotel, zona tranquila alojamiento espectacular y muy buena comida. Tiene aparcamiento subterráneo privado para tu coche, dos piscinas enormes, la verdad que nos ha encantado y volveremos a repetir seguro. Impresionante el Hotel Mogán Playa. Desde las Instalaciones, como todos y cada uno de sus departamentos; Recepción, camareras de piso, camareros y camareras de restaurante... Excelente en trato al cliente. Unas instalaciones que te hacen vivir en plena naturaleza, integrando perfectamente la arquitectura con diferentes plantas. El personal del hotel muy amable, atendió nuestras petiones en todo momento. Mi familiar tiene movilidad reducida y nos proporcionaron una habitación adaptada. El hotel es precioso, el interior y exterior. Disponen de aparcamiento interior gratuito. La comida es buena y las piscinas impresionantes. Es nuestra segunda estancia y seguro, volveremos. Das Hotel ist wirklich außergewöhnlich, aber allen voran muss man bei dieser Anlage die gartenbauliche Gestaltung hervorheben. Die Hotelanlage wurde liebevoll mit verschiedensten Pflanzen versehen, ob Palmen, blühende Gewächse oder Kakteen. Zwischendurch kleine Bäche, Teiche oder Wasserfälle. Überall wo man hinschaut, ist es grün. Dabei stehen die Pflanzen wirklich überall - in Foyer und Speisebereich und in den kleinen Innenhöfen der Anlage. Allein das wäre einen Besuch wert. Die Spaziergänge durch die Anlage waren sehr entspannend. Alles andere ist nicht minder außergewöhnlich. Das Buffet, ob Morgens oder Abends ist überaus reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Das gesamte Personal von den Mitarbeitern der Rezeption, über die Kellner bis hin zu den Zimmermädchen sind super zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich, die Betten ohne Beanstandungen, die Größe ausreichend. Die Zimmermädchen sind sehr aktiv, die Zimmer dementsprechend gepflegt. Ich werde das Hotel auf jeden Fall noch einmal besuchen.

Spacious and green. This hotel is a botanical garden, lots of different plants, you casually encounter growing bananas, mangos, etc. The reception (and main restaurant) is in a huge multi-level dome with plants, small ponds and stone walls - it looks incredible. Food was amazing, the variety and quality was much better then most other hotels we've stayed before.

Great hotel offering value for money.Lovely staff were very helpful and friendly.Good entertainment programme for evenings in both the reception ie individual performers prior to 9.30pm including pianist, violinist, Spanish guitar, followed by shows including Elvis, ABBA, Flamenco ,Pop and Rock and more.Rooms are well fitted and spacious.Hotel grounds are extensive with two pools.A more mature customer base using fitness centre, tennis courts,games room, library that offers free tea and biscuits from 3pm to 5pm daily.Drinks reasonably priced for such a quality hotel.Would highly recommend if a more relaxed environment is wanted.Disco starts at 9.30pm closes at 12pm and does not affect the noise levels to the rooms.Good facilties for those whose flights home are after the 12am checkout time.Great selection for breakfast and dinner,and fine selection of wines.

El trato del personal es estupendo. Las habitaciones cómodas, limpias y en ellas tienes una cafetera, un hervidor con café de cápsulas e infusiones y chocolate de cortesía. En los desayunos y cenas bastante variedad en la comida y buena. Hay 2 piscinas grandes, una de ellas más tranquila y la otra para estar con los niños, y otra más pequeñita para los más peques. Disponen de varios garajes para dejar el coche bajo techo. Recomiendo el hotel 100%

Queríamos un sitio tranquilo y a la vez bonito, y encontramos este hotel. Rompe todos los cánones de un hotel rascacielos, mole de cemento. Es la reproducción de un pueblo canario, con una recepción increíble, dos piscinas majestuosas con agua templada (junio), jardines preciosos y por tener, tiene hasta capilla(San Lorato). Al fondo del complejo, hay una puerta secreta que comunica con el pueblo, tiendas, paseo y la playa. La comida sabrosa(algo difícil) y los trabajador@s desde la recepción, camareras de habitación, restaurantes,... tod@s con la sonrisa y super amables. No creo que haya un hotel mejor en toda isla. De hecho si volvemos, no lo dudaremos y reservaremos en Cordial Mogán Playa.

We've found our go to place in Gran Canaria! Amazing hotel. Although we were concerned it was quite big, which we didn't want, it never felt really busy. We booked a superior room and a twin room. The superior hand teh biggest balcony ever, and both rooms were s superb size. The management's ethos of employing local people touched us. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, the welcome through the hotel was friendly and helpful. On their evaluation form the hotel asked us if there was 'a' particular member of staff who had impressed us, we couldn't choose one person as everyone was supberb. So amny different areas within the hotel grounds from the catcus garden to the pools and different resturants. We didn't eat in the hotel for evening meals as we liked to go out and visit the village of Puerto Mogan. The hotel is really well situated for this, they also encourage you to go and explore the area and support the local community, which is why they don't offer all inclusive. Evening enterainment was great, plenty of areas to have quiet drinks etc. On our last day check out as at 12pm and we weren't being collected until 3.25pm. We could have kept our room for a fee but they had a superb late check out area with many showers, rooms to change etc. We will be back!

Most beautiful hall I have ever seen in my life.Reception team very kind specially Asney very professional. Andres, bartender best mojitos maker. Housekeeping very involved within their job. Buffet food a 5 stars.Bell-boy attentive they help you in with suitcases. A chapel inside the hotel area. Archeological remains inside too. Garden looks like Eden in heaven.We will be back. Venimos encantados del hotel, las instalciones estan muy limpias, la vegetacion que lo rodea es espectacular y ademas tienes una salida desde el hotel al yacimiento arqueologico de ls crucecitas. Las piscinas y los jacuzzis son climatizados y nada masificadas. El personal es muy amable, en especial Mariela, camarera de los desayunos, muy agradable y super atenta con los niños. Los desayunos y las cenas variadas y con productos de calidad. La minidisco mi hija la disfrutó muchísimo y las animadoras geniales.

Bereits im Vorjahr 2022 waren wir zu Gast im Cordial Playa im schönen Fischerdorf Mogan. Und auch dieses Jahr wurden wir wiederum sehr herzlich empfangen. Das freundliche Personal sorgt für das Wohlbefinden und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die weitläufige und top gepflegte Hotelanlage hat zwei grosse Pools (ruhiger Bereich und Kinderbereich mit Kinderpool), sowie zwei Whirlpools, welche in einer Vielzahl von Palmen und zahlreichen schönen Pflanzenarten eingebetet sind.

Es ist in meinen Augen das schönste Hotel der Insel, vor allem weil die Außenanlage einem botanischen Garten entspricht. Wow! Ich empfehle auch ohne Honeymoon die Honeymoon Suite denn die hat einen schönen privaten Außenpool. Toll! Auch die Massage und das Floating Becken im Spa sind nice. Wenn man die Massage Bucht sind 2 Stunden Sauna gratis dabei. Nice! Richtig tolles großes Frühstücksbuffet. I simply love this hotel

We've recently returned from spending 2 weeks at the Hotel Cordial Mogan playa. We had a fabulous time . We had a great room with a partial view of the pool within the first block. (Room 1225) . Food was first class and always hot , the choice was amazing. The staff were marvellous from the first welcome we had at reception and throughout the holiday. Considering the size of the hotel, it was surprising how calming and relaxing it was surrounded by trees and a variety's of foliage.

We lived our time in this hotel, the staff were caring and helpful. The food was excellent and plenty of choice and drinks and snacks reasonably priced. The room was comfortable with nice bathroom, good towels and medium to firm bed which was great for me. The hotel is beautiful with the sound of birdsong and the the plants and trees planted made it such a lovely walk around the hotel. Its in a great spot in Mogan which is a lovely safe place to wander with a super Friday Market and plenty of bars. We had a hire car and explored the wonderful city of Las Palmas, the resorts of Melonares, Puerto Rico, St Augustin and lots of amazing insta- sights inland. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with not a single fault, thank you.

A lovely stay

My stay started well when I was allocated an excellent room (3403), after asking if I could be near pool and restaurant, as my mobility wasn’t great, and it is a VERY big hotel! The room was spotlessly clean, as was all the hotel , and well equipped, complete with toiletries, sewing kit, shower cap and emery board. Two small bottles of water were supplied, and the gift shop in reception stocked water and soft drinks, as well as some lovely jewellery ( which I had to buy! )Breakfast was fine, complete with Bloody Marys and Cava. Tables were allocated for the duration of your stay for dinner, with two separate sittings. This made for a very pleasant and peaceful atmosphere , and the food choice was good

Nous venons de passer 15j dans cet hôtel. C était tout simplement merveilleux !! L’hôtel est magnifique avec une très belle architecture. La réception est impressionnante avec ses grottes et ses cascades. Les jardins sont extraordinaires, luxuriants et très bien entretenus. Il y a une multitude de fleurs exotiques qui m’étaient inconnues et pourtant j’ai voyagé en Asie du Sud est où elles abondent. Tout est propre et très bien entretenu. Il y avait plein de cascades, de bassins, des fontaines. Exceptionnel ! Le personnel est très aimable poli et souriant que ce soit à la réception, aux restaurants, à la piscine, pour le ménage et les animations. Nous étions en junior suite. Nous avions pu choisir notre chambre en avance après la réservation. Quel privilège ! On nous a conduit à celle ci en transportant nos bagages, quel plaisir. La chambre était un vrai rêve! Très belle, grande, propre. Agréablement décorée et équipée. Il y a avait même une cafetière expresso avec des dosettes gratuites tous les jours, ce qui n’était pas prévu. Ou je n’avais pas fait attention en réservant. Quand j’ai ouvert les baies vitrées j’ai découvert notre grand et magnifique jardinet privé, entouré de végétation luxuriante ! Un véritable paradis. Tout était calme. Le petit déjeuner était dans un bâtiment à part réservé aux suites. Tout y était parfait. Énormément de choix, salé, sucré, céréales, fruits…. Rien ne manquait ! Il y avait même du jus d orange frais. Le repas du soir était sous forme de buffet. Nous avons demandé une table près des basins extérieurs et ça nous a été donné. Nous étions donc très bien installé avec une vue charmante sur l’eau et la cascade. Encore une fois le service était très efficace. Quand au buffet que de choix!! Et varié ! Du canard, du lapin, du porc, du poisson frais…, des pizzas, toute sorte de fromage, et tout était à bonne température. Pas de plats froid. On avait également des assiettes chaudes pour conserver la chaleur. Il y avait plein de verrines en entrée. Il y avait même des fontaines d eau froide à disposition ! Comme au petit déjeuner d’ailleurs. Quant aux desserts…. Délicieux ! Cela faisait bien longtemps que je n’avais pas eu d’aussi bons desserts dans un hôtel. Crèmes, verrines, beignets, fruits, tartes, gâteaux, crêpes, fontaine à chocolat… nous nous sommes régalés pendant 15j! Le restaurant du midi près la Salma servait des petits plats très rapidement a des prix très abordables dans un environnement calme et tes agréable. Les piscines étaient chauffées et entourées de verdures avec des ponts. on pouvait changer sa serviette tous les jours. Les transats étaient très confortables. Il y a deux parking souterrain pour sa voiture qui rate ainsi au frais. Il y a un grand supermarché pas loin et un autre vers le port. Le coin est vraiment charmant et réputé sur l’île.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est aux petits soins et très professionnel, que ce soit à l'accueil dès notre arrivée comme tout au long du séjour. L'établissement est magnifique, parfaitement entretenu, dans un cadre verdoyant. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, très fonctionnelles (chambre famille avec deux chambres, deux salles de bains). Les buffets sont très variés, d'excellente qualité. Très belles piscines paysagées ( l'une plus calme, la seconde plus familiale avec les animations, et quelques piscines plus petites pour les enfants en bas âge ) entourées de verdures avec suffisamment de transats pour l'ensemble de la clientèle. La petite ville de Puerto Mogan est vraiment très jolie. Bref, nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et prévoyons certainement d'y retourner !

Me and my partner loved it here, we would stay here again definitely! The breakfast was so amazing, an enormous buffet with everything you could possibly want. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had such a lovely time! Mogan is a beautiful area with loads to do and this hotel is only about 5 minutes walk to the beach! We are already excited to return to this hotel in the future

Absolutely LOVED this hotel. Brilliant location. Opposite supermarket and a few shops then resort and beach maximum 10 minutes walk. Bus station 5 mins walk away. Puerto Mogan is now my favourite resort in the canaries so far..... Hotel is lovely, 2 great pools, SPA - excellent - I went twice - outdoor spa area is beautiful - flotation pool THE BEST and very reasonable, 4 hours for 20E. You'd never pay that in the UK for a spa! Rooms well equipped and spotless plus kettle to make your own brews - very important! Beautifully kept gardens. Snack bar very reasonably priced. Also, library/book swap upstairs. Staff very friendly and helpful. Quality of the food at the buffet was excellent AND hot!!! Nothing negative to say. Will be recommending to friends. We will be back. Thank you to all the staff.

We thought the hotel looked good in the photos, but in reality it is much more impressive. The reception area is a wonderful design with a high domed ceiling supported by intricate columns. There are columns, pillars, domes, turrets, cupolas all around, with a real Spanish feel. You're never in doubt where you are, it's far from some modernist 'chain hotel' block that could be anywhere. The staff uniforms also have a Spanish feel, rather than a simple black suit/trousers and white shirt/blouse seen in so many hotels. the botanic garden is beautiful and one of the best things for me was the songbirds. We've been to Lanzarote a few times and hardly notice birds singing. We had blackcaps and chiff-chaffs, and others I couldn't identify, singing all day long. A big plus for us was the absence of a pool bar with loud music playing all day. Most people have access to their own music these days, and while the people choosing what gets played may like dance music with monotonous bass drum beats, it's not for everyone. The staff were all very friendly, and I was really touched by the way they helped me celebrate my birthday, with treats in the room, a lovely lady dropping by to present me with balloons and chocolates, and a complimentary visit to the spa. Room 7022 was a great room with a balcony that caught the sun until 6pm. We can't wait to come back next March, and we've recommended the hotel to friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay at the Cordial Mogán Playa. From our first impressions of the unusual and attractive Reception and lobby area to walking amongst the various buildings in the grounds, we were impressed with the layout and design. Despite its size, the hotel was quiet and peaceful and never seemed overcrowded. The extensive gardens are beautifully planted and well maintained - a lovely wander through the grounds to the gate leading to the town itself. The swimming pools are stunning and the sunbeds plentiful. We always prefer to eat at local restaurants - of which there are many great ones to choose from - so had only breakfast at the hotel. We enjoyed the choice and quality of food provided. Service was always prompt and staff very pleasant. Finally, we very much appreciated the recognition of a special birthday celebrated during our stay. We hope to return for some winter sun in future!

The resort is spread out over a large area within the confines of the valley that leads down to Playa de Mogan. The beach is just a few minutes walk and is very sheltered. The beach is popular, even now in February. One can only imagine that it will be very crowded at the height of the tourist season. The hotel has two large pools and an ample stock of sun beds for those choosing to skip the beach. Tennis, bowling, table tennis and other sporting activities are available. The main restaurant caters for all tastes with a very large selection of foods served as a buffet that will cover all tastes. The standard of service and quality of food is excellent. With a wide range of accommodation on offer, rooms, suites, self-catering, family suites etc., there is likely to be something that meets the needs of most visitors

We have now stayed here twice, our second visit being in February 2023. It's a superb hotel in fabulous gardens that contains over 450 different species of trees, shrubs, flowers and cacti. Staff were excellent, and the choice of food in the main restaurant is remarkable. You can walk down through the gardens to a private gate which takes you into Puerto de Mogàn. We shall return!

Am just back from spending a week at this lovely hotel. My room was comfortable with a balcony overlooking the quiet pool. I discovered at the end of my stay that there was a fridge in my room! Towels for the pool are provided and there is a policy of ‘ not booking a sun lounger with your towel’ until you are actually ready to use it! There are several bars and places for drinks and snacks, lots of activities - table tennis, tennis, to name a couple. The restaurant was terrific and he staff couldn’t have been more helpful. There is something to tempt and satisfy everyone’s palate ! It’s possible to have a very healthy diet - or max out with waffles and deserts! Even a chocolate fountain for profiteroles (very irresistible) and fruit. It’s a short walk/stroll down to the port, where a very pleasant hour or 4 can be spent mooching around - to book a boat trip and go watch the dolphins. I’m planning a return visit next year - the winter sunshine (20 deg) was wonderfull

Nos quedamos dos veces más este último año, la última en agosto, y nunca defrauda; casi diría que siempre a mejor. La atención es esmerada, amable, eficiente y sobre todo que en general desde que entras prácticamente todo el personal intenta que te sientas bien atendido. Desde la dirección hasta cualquier miembro del personal. Habitaciones confortables, coquetas, razonablemente amplias y con todos los servicios. Buen nivel de limpieza. Desayuno y cena muy buenos, por encima de la media en cualquier cuatro estrellas, además de un servicio en el restaurante de lo mejor. Dos zonas con sendas piscinas climatizadas y jacuzzis, en un entorno de jardines muy bonitos. Gran cantidad de hamacas muy confortables. En ambas zonas hay restaurantes para tomarte una copa o almorzar en ocasiones con días temáticos; paella, grill, etc… Dispone de un gimnasio pequeño pero correcto, cancha de tenis, ping-pong, billar, zona de juegos infantiles, etc. A pesar de ser un hotel muy grande no te da esa impresión por su acogedor diseño por bloques de poca altura y con jardines y plantas por doquier. Dispone de un bonito Spa con pequeña piscina hidrodinamica, jacuzzis, saunas, con unas hamacas interiores y exteriores y camas balinesas además de una extensa carta de masajes y servicios. Muy recomendable, pero tener en cuenta reservar antes- en mi caso lo hice incluso antes de llegar-. En mi opinión el mejor hotel de cuatro estrellas de la isla, a la altura de algún cinco estrellas- desde luego por servicio lo merece- . Buena relación calidad precio. No solo lo recomiendo sino que he ido varias veces y volveremos

We spent a week here in March 2022 and returned for a fortnight in January/February 2023. We are adventurous and usually like to go new places but we honestly loved this hotel so much. Highlights were the beautiful swimming pools and lush, glorious palm trees & garden foliage. You feel as if you’re at a spa! We only had breakfast here as we enjoy exploring the great restaurants nearby but the breakfast was great. The hotel is an easy short walk to the beachfront & marina and there are scores of lovely restaurants nearby. Overall it’s just so so relaxing. Would definitely recommend

This was our second stay at the hotel. You know a hotel is special when so many people are returning guests and many reviewers here and people we met at the hotel had stayed here before. The hotel is a beautiful oasis and the external grounds and interiors are kept immaculately clean. We had a room on a high floor looking over the main pool area. This was a beautiful view to wake up to in the mornings and to enjoy from the balcony in the evenings. The room was again immaculately clean, very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It was our wedding anniversary and when we arrived the bed was decorated with rose petals and there was a complimentary bottle of wine and fruit, which was unexpected yet greatly appreciated. Our housekeepers name was Magaly and she was fantastic, super friendly and helpful, when we needed something, she took care of it and made it feel like no problem at all. What a gem! Thank you Magaly! Breakfast was our favourite meal at the hotel. Due to a chronic disease I have a very special diet, gluten free and dairy free, which can often be tricky to manage when I travel. However not at Cordial Mogan Playa! The managers were brilliant, there were two in particular that were super friendly and helpful, Eduardo and Marcos. After the first day they arranged to have soya yogurts for me each day and helped me to get familiar with the gluten free section at breakfast and how to use the designated toaster. The bread and pastries were amazing by the way! Thanks you Eduardo & Marcos! The servers / waiting staff were also very friendly and helpful, Sofia really looked after us, she has such a warm and pleasant personality. Thank you Sofia! Dinner Again the hotel were fantastic for gluten free (and good for dairy free) for dinner. The chefs would prepare a pasta dish or other dish which was always tasty. The only suggestion I would have is that there were no deserts for a gluten free dairy free diet - yet the pastries from breakfast were gluten and dairy free - so if these could be available again in the evening, they would be fine. In other hotels - meringue and fruit were offered (Eg strawberries with coconut cream) which is usually suitable for people with allergies (obviously not to eggs) so there is a tip for the kitchen ;-) Because of my tricky diet and condition, the hotel allowed me to swop dinner for lunch to eat earlier in the day - which my condition sometimes needs. It was a bit invincible to have to go to reception on the day to get a voucher for lunch (instead of dinner) but a first world problem lol. Lunch is served in the smaller restaurant near the kids/family pool area . Juan, the chef at lunch was absolutely amazing! He made me a number of delicious dishes that were gluten and dairy free and even a dessert! An alcohol free mojito! Wow! Juan is another example of an outstanding staff member. Thank you Juan! In our experience that’s what puts this hotel above so many other hotels in its class, the staff. They really make your holiday! They are so relaxed (yet very hard working), friendly, warm, helpful, I just love the staff at this hotel. We’ve stayed at many 4 & 5 star hotels but there is something about the staff and service in this hotel that makes it feel like homely. Perhaps this is one of the key reasons guests keep returning! ‘Home from home’. So overall of course I would highly recommend this hotel, it’s simply the best! We will definitely return! This hotel was in a great location five minutes from the beach two minutes from bus station. The weekly market just outside the hotel. The hotel was immaculate the gardens were fantastic and well cared for. Always able to get a sun bed around a large pool. Rooms were clean and cleaned daily and fresh towels daily very good size. Food was excellent a huge selection and variety once seated you could choose outside or inside seating. Restaurant staff were fantastic so helpful and friendly. Overall the hotel is excellent and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Un hotel a la altura, rodeado de piedra de la isla donde podemos disfrutar de una pequeña caminata por un yacimiento arqueológico y una construcción dónde parece que estás en plena Costa Rica. El personal es encantador y servicial, dispone de un buffet libre con gran variedad para todos los gustos, instalaciones perfectamente cuidadas y muy limpias. El hotel ofrece diversas actividades tanto para peques como para adultos, a parte de tener dos piscinas donde podemos diferenciar claramente que una es para relajarse y la otra para el jaleo (se agradece muchísimo para los que no tenemos peques). Camas muy cómodas y limpieza diaria de habitaciones. Todo tiene buen acceso para movilidad reducida. Me ha encantado que cuidan de gatitos que puedes adoptar

La maître del restaurante Sofía fue muy profesional cuando tuvo que reorganizar mesas para gusto de los clientes. La comida estaba bastante buena. Wenn man will braucht man die gesammte Hotelanlage garnicht zu verlassen, um sich zu entspannen weil es da so viele Möglichkeiten gibt. Aber was mich wirklich außergewöhnlich überrascht hat war das Essen. ich habe bislang noch in keiner Hotelanlage jemals so gut und lecker gegessen! Strand 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Touren gibts ohne Ende welche ich jedem empfhelen würde zu buchen. besonders eine mit dem Namen: Gran Canaria: Die Vulkan-Herz-Tour & Verkostung lokaler Lebensmittel.

Eine tolle Urlaubswoche. Keine Komplikationen und im Zimmer und am Pool alles sauber. Beim Geschirr könnte das Personal mehr darauf achten, dass die Teller und das Besteck wirklich sauber sind. Das Essen insgesamt dürfte für uns wärmer sein. Im Restaurant beim Frühstück findet man immer einen Platz. Gerne deckt das Personal auch den Lieblingsplatz neu ein. Das Personal ist insgesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine kaputte Glühbirne im Bad wurde innerhalb von 30 Minuten gewechselt. Top! Wenn man die Größe des Hotels sieht, wie sauber es in weiten Teilen überall ist und wie flott das Personal ist. Sagen wir "Hut ab". Wir würden wieder kommen.

We have recently returned from our first visit to this lovely hotel as we were celebrating our Ruby wedding anniversary. We could not have picked a better hotel. From the moment we stepped into our room to catching the shuttle back to the airport everything was perfect. The staff were all amazing with smiles on their faces and so helpful. Food was also spot on so varied and so delicious.

This was the 4th time we stayed at Cordial Mogan Playa in Puerto de Mogan which is about 40 min from the airport! And as always, a lovely stay... Large hotel area that is like an oasis with 2 large swimming pools and palm trees and assorted flowers all over the area! We always prefer to go down to the village for dinner, even if the hotel has restaurants! In the hotel's evening restaurants, long pants are the order of the day, but we prefer some casual attire like shorts when we're in a warm country! To the village it is about 10 minutes to walk, then you first walk again the hotel's nice area which takes about 5 minutes to walk, then you only have a few minutes to the village core. The village has about 40 restaurants, 20 by the promenade and about 20 by the cozy marina! The beach is ok in Mogan, but we preferred to take a taxi to Amadores beach a couple of times (cost 14 euros one way) which is much finer with its clear waters and sand from the Caribbean! Mogan is clearly the coziest village with all its charm!

Die Architektur ist mit großer Kuppelhalle als Rezeption, Wasserfällen- und läufen, Säulen etc ist an der Grenze zu kitschig, aber eigentlich doch sehr gelungen. Insbesondere, dass das mit 487 Zimmern sehr große Hotel durch Aufteilung in 9 Gebäude als Oval um die Pool- und Gartenlandschaft, überhaupt nicht klotzig wirkt, sondern sehr gut in die Landschaft integriert. Pool etc haben wir nicht genutzt, zahllose andere Gäste umso mehr. Unser Gebäude war als Atrium ausgeführt, mit großem Innenhof mit Wasserflächen und vielen großen, schönen Pflanzen, echt klasse. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und haben alles was man braucht, auch eine Badewanne mit Dusche, was ich sehr mag. Für Wertsachen hat man einen wirklich großen Safe, nicht die häufig anzutreffenden Schuhschachteln, den fand ich sehr gut, auch wenn die Nutzung extra kostet. Die Gäste verteilen sich beim Frühstück überraschend gut, es gab weder bei den verfügbaren Tischen noch am Büffet Gedränge. Das Frühstück selbst ist schlicht super, eine extrem große Auswahl an Leckereien aller Art, guten frischen Kaffe aus dem Vollautomaten, Sekt rose+weiss... . Die Lage ist zwar nicht direkt am Meer, aber dafür sehr ruhig und man erreicht das Meer und den Hafen auf einer nur für Fussgänger und Radfahrer zugänglichen, schönen Promenade in wenigen Minuten. Dort gibt es viele gute Restaurants. Mogan ist für mich die schönste Ortschaft Gran Canarias. Der oft zitierte Vergleich mit Venedig erscheint mir zwar übertrieben, angesichts der "überschaubaren" Zahl an Kanälen, aber die niedrigen Häuser mit hoch blumenberankten Fassaden sind herrlich anzusehen, alles blühte. Im Haus gibt es ein Restaurant mit einem Michelinstern, das wir einmal besuchten. Das Essen ist erwartungsgemäß sehr gut, allerdings etwas anders, als wir es von deutschen, französichen oder italienischen Sternelokalen kennen, aber man will dort ja Neues entdecken.

Everything you could possibly want was available, Dinner was also great, always a huge choice of meat, fish, vegetables, salads cheeses etc Amazing. Desserts were fantastic as well. Amazing choice and delicious. It was Halloween and the staff made such an effort especially in the desserts. Unbelievable really. Bar staff were great, lovely cocktails. Pools are excellent and the gardens are amazing! Beautiful!. I would happily go back and stay there again.

Thank you for a great holiday, it has been as lovely as the last six times we have stayed. When we arrived at the Cordial Hotel we were given a warm welcome and a glass of chilled wine a lovely way to start our holiday. Our room was very comfortable and had a fabulous view of the pool . We were bed and breakfast, the selection of food was very enjoyable, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next stay.

Fabulous hotel with the friendliest staff & beautiful surroundings. We were greeted with champagne at check in & even though we arrived at 1030 pm we were given a delicious buffet. The hotel & rooms are lovely & have everything you need including air conditioning & a nice balcony. We choose half board & enjoyed a delicious breakfast & buffet every day. My teenage girls loved the evening entertainment & were happy to stay there whilst Mum & Dad took a stroll to the harbour which is less than 10 minutes walk away. I would thorougly recommend this hotel & would love to go back in the near future.

Once again a fantastic stay at the Cordial Morgan Playa, this was our 4th stay at this hotel and we love it, we will be returning again. We find the the hotel peaceful and relaxing and can unwind from the daily stresses life can bring. Rooms are always well maintained clean and comfortable, the hotel is in easy walking distance of Puerto Morgan’s shops bars restaurants and beach and about half an hour’s drive from the airport. We’re be cordial members and we’ve always got the best price, 7nts for the price of 6nts and 10% off drinks etc in the resort. Highly recommended

Nuestra última visita en septiembre del año pasado, fue mi regalo por su 50 cumpleaños a mi querido marido y, desde que llegamos y hasta que nos fuimos, fue todo excepcional: las instalaciones, la comida exquisita, la limpieza en la habitación, el trato, etc. Pero lo más importante y lo mejor de todo, el personal del hotel. Gente maravillosa y siempre con su mejor sonrisa dispuesta a darnos no sólo el mejor servicio, sino a que siempre nos sintiéramos muy cómodos. Muchísimas gracias por haberme ayudado a que en su cumpleaños fuera muy feliz y estuviera tan contento. ¿Y qué mejor manera de pasar unas vacaciones? Pues volviendo a repetir.. We loved 2 separate swimming pools- one for families with kids and for entertainment and the big one called „quiet pool”. We also admired the tropical gardens within hotel area- gave us a feeling of the paradise. Also great location 6 mins walk to Puerto de Mogan but also shopping center opposite the hotel with great pubs and shops

Don’t know where to start , the staff are amazing, so polite and professional, the rooms , pool area, views, library ( with free tea and coffee daily from 3-5pm and lovely comfortable chairs to sit in a really lovely touch with loads of books to read, swap, ) . Hotel foyer amazing cane really explain the grand design, waterfalls, tropical oasis, lovely furniture, glass lifts, absolutely stunning first impressions, a massive WOW. Breakfast choices out of this world with every type of food you could think of - including make you own Bloody Mary - yep bottle of Smirnoff, celery sticks, tomato juice ,Tabasco or try a glass of cava white or rose, didn’t eat dinner at hotel but heard it was very good. Pools are amazing - we stayed at the quiet pool but not many children in hotel due to schools back!! Been there done that so it’s just us two now. Sun loungers so comfortable as thick padded cushions to go on top of them. Espectacular fin de semana

Acabamos de llegar de pasar un fantástico fin de semana en el Cordial Playa de Mogán. Celebrábamos el cumple de mi marido y no pudimos elegir mejor. A lo maravilloso de instalaciones, habitación, los detalles de cumple.....o la impecable limpieza y la riquísima comida, quería destacar a los emplead@s. Nos han hecho sentir como en casa desde que llegamos .Tod@s y cada uno de ell@s merece un 10 pero quiero destacar a Carmen que nos recibió en el bar de recepción con una simpatía que nos enamoró, Juani en La Fula, cariñosa, simpática, cercana.... y Sallam al que conocimos en La Fula y nos atendió por la noche en el bar y que transmite una alegría que pocas veces hemos encontrado en un hotel. Entrañable y amable en cantidades industriales. Por todo ello sin duda repetiremos!!! Muchísimas gracias Cordial Mogán Playa.

Spitzen Hotelanlage mit einem Garten, der Seiensgleichen sucht, kein hässlicher Betonblock, wie so viele Hotels auf Gran Canaria, alles sehr schön angelegt, große Pools mit vielen Liegemöglichkeiten. Das Buffet-Restaurant ist Spitze, sehr abwechslungsreich, so ein gutes Buffet, sowohl morgens als auch abends hatten wir bisher noch nie in einem Hotel. Ich hatte mich schon vor vielen Jahren in dieses Hotel verliebt, weil das Hotel den Eindruck eines farbenfrohen südländischen Dorfes vermittelt. Ich habe es aber erst jetzt geschafft, dort mit meinen Töchtern eine Woche zu verbringen. Kurz gesagt: Ich habe es nicht bereut! Das Hotel besteht aus ca. 500 Zimmern, was man aber zu keinem Zeitpunkt sieht. Die sehr große und gepflegte Hotelanlage ist in viele 3-5 Stöckige Gebäude unterteilt, die von Grünflächen, Palmen, Kakteen und unzähligen blühenden Pflanzen gesäumt werden. Das Hotel ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand, obwohl es (lt. Baujahr der Aufzüge) 18 Jahre alt sein muss. Hier hat jemand verstanden, dass regelmäßige Instandhaltung die halbe Miete ist! Das Hotel ist nicht ganz günstig, aber den Preis durchaus wert!

Unsere Suite - zwar etwas entfernt von der Rezeption - war ein Traum! Wohn-, Schlafzimmer und eigener Vorraum und das Beste ein eigener, eingezäunter Garten! Man musste also nicht die reichlich vorhandenen Liegen am Pool belegen sondern konnte im "eigenen Garten" sonnen und relaxen. Einfach Spitze! Täglich 2x housekeeping - und freundliches Personal. Das Essen von erlesener Qualität mit täglich neuen Spezialitäten! Genauso das Frühstück - in eig. Frühstückshaus mit allem was das Urlauberherz begehrt - mit umlaufenden Terrassen also Sonne und Schatten, herrlich!

We have been to many great hotels around the world and this one is right up there with the best! Spotlessly clean throughout, fantastic staff & an endless choice of great food. It's very cleverly designed to cater for families, and for those seeking a quieter experience, by separating the pool areas into one where flotation aids & ball games are allowed and another where they are not. The hotel reception and dining areas are adorned with beautiful botanical plants / trees, with water features ie water falls & small caves. A very short walking distance from the town too. Many guests told us they had returned numerous times & we can fully understand why!

We had an excellent stay at The Cordial. All staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming from the start. The hotel is in beautiful, botanical surroundings and is very tropical. We opted for B&B and the food was great with plenty of options to suit! There was entertainment in the evening if you choose & just a 10 min stroll to the beautiful harbour with plenty or lovely restaurants also. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable! Loved having black out curtains. We had a room over looking the quiet pool which was beautiful and not noisy at all. We would highly recommend this hotel. It has lots of character and we would definitely return. Thank you to all the staff for a fantastic holiday.

Wir durften hier drei traumhafte Urlaubswochen als Familie mit Kleinkind verbringen. Gepflegte Anlage, superfreundliches Personal und sehr gute Küche mit regionalen und internationalen Gerichten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Hilfsbereitschaft Mitarbeiter. Egal wann, egal wo, wurde einem schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Ausserdem ist vom Management bis zur Reinigungskraft alle ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein langjährig, eingespieltes Team, was den Gästen die Wünsche erfüllt. Wirklich toll! Unser Frühstück im Suitenbereich war ausgezeichnet, sehr abwechslungsreich und mit guten Produkten. Spiegeleier und weitere Eierspeisen werden direkt vor Ort zubereitet. Juani und ihre Team leisten hier einen tollen Job und sind allzeit gut gelaunt. Die beiden Poolbereiche bieten genügend Platz und sind mit Kinderpool, Whirlpool toll ausgestattet. Es gibt Softauflagen für die Liegen. Unser Fazit: Wir waren schon auf auf Gran Canaria in verschiedenen Hotels. Dies war unser erster Besuch im Cordial Mogan Playa, aber bestimmt nicht unser letzter! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Muchas gracias!

The hotel is the best I have ever stayed in, I have been to Gran Canaria a few times before and the hotel, the area, the restaurants, beaches are the best in Gran Canaria, in my opinion. The bedroom was huge, balcony over looked the swimming pool, the bathroom was very modern and the bedding was beautiful and lovely fluffy towels and the whole places was spotlessly clean. We had a kettle in the room with tea, coffee, sugar and milk. We also had a fridge which we needed for water as it was so hot there even though it was late April. The breakfast was the best I have ever had in my whole life, so much choice, we did not eat again until our evening meal which we took down the Marina as we only had bed and breakfast. You had all the basics plus loads of different juices and smoothies, so many cereals to choose from and different breads plus croissants and pastries, lots of hot food and loads of cold food too. The Spanish tortilla was gorgeous, well it was all gorgeous. Two pools, huge, one quiet pool and one for children, games room for children, entertainment in the evening was the best I have seen. Shop in the foyer and they had a spa which you had to pay for. Shops and cafes and bars opposite the hotel and the beach was five minute walk away. The whole area was so clean. We are going back for New Year, I just love the whole area and the hotel.

We have just returned from a 5 day stay here. What can I say apart from it is an outstanding hotel. We had the standard double room in block 5. It was so convenient for the quiet pool and reception area. The room was huge and immaculate. The reception and grounds are just stunning. Breakfast was a buffet , it was delicious. Staff are fantastic, all of them so friendly and helpful. Special shout out to the restaurant manager who arranged a birthday cake and decorated our table at breakfast for my daughters birthday. We had only asked where we could buy a cake in town and they said no problem, we will sort it. We came home and are looking to book again asap. If you want to have a holiday where you will come home feeling completely relaxed and everything was exactly as you hoped, book this place. We can't wait to return.

Wir sind absoluter Wiederholungstäter. Nun schon zum 10ten mal dort gewesen. Leider mussten wir wegen Covid 2020 und 2021 ausssetzen. Diese Zeit hat das Hotel genutzt, den Buffetbereich umzugestalten, was auch sehr gut gelungen ist. Die Anlage macht immer noch den sehr gepflegten Eindruck wie in der Vergangenheit. Die Essenqualität ist sehr gut. Nach unserem Geschmack ist die Auswahl mehr als ausreichend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, der Poolservice hervorragend. Auch das Team des Hauskeeping ist Klasse. Angefangen von der Reinigung bis hin zum abendlichen Aufdeckservice der Betten. "Klasse" Der wöchentliche Empfang seitens der Geschäftsführung incl. kostenloser Getränke ist nicht selbstverständlich. Todo en general, El servicio y todas las comodidades, la piscina es una maravilla con sus hamacas con colchonetas la hace perfecta.. La amabilidad del personal ha sido perfecta, incluso pedí algunos nombres para poderlos nombrar aquí, pues la mayoría de las veces el esfuerzo de estas personas pasan desapercibidos y no debería ser así, pues estos pequeños detalles hacen que vuelva siempre a este hotel, desde el bar piscina con Vanesa que nos ayudo en un pequeño contratiempo el día de la llegada, haciendo así que el resto de días estuviéramos bien, Zulay una chica encantadora en el servicio de cenas, nos alegramos muchísimo de haberla vuelto a ver después de muchos años pues trasmite mucha energía positiva y gran profesionalidad,, también nos encanto conocer a una señora encantadora Mari Carmen, que nos explicó muy bien y de manera muy simpática y adorable el funcionamiento de las habitaciones de cortesía, y por último el detalle de Raymond y Salaam que aún nosotros siendo conscientes de que llegábamos casi fuera de hora al bar de recepción en la noche, nos atendieron y con gran simpatía y amabilidad. Conocemos la mayoría de grandes hoteles de Gran Canaria, y cuando queremos garantizar unos días de verdadero relax pensamos en este hotel.

Das Person ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insbesondere auch mit Kindern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. - Die Lage ist top. Man ist zu Fuss innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten an der Strandpromenade (Meer, diverse Restaurants, diverse Einkaufsläden, Strand, etc.). Puerto de Mogan ist wirklich ein schöner Ort. Zudem erreicht man vom Hotel in ca. 5 Gehminuten den Busbahnhof mit diversen Bussen in alle Richtigungen. Man braucht also kein Auto zu mieten. - Die Hotelanlage ist schön, mit vielen Pflanzen, gestaltet. Die zwei grossen Pools sind super. Auch, dass es einen „ruhigen“ Pool und einen mit Animationen gibt. - Das Essen (wir hatten Halbpension) war gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet liess keine Wünsche offen. Am Abend gab es immer Abwechslung. Cooles Dessertbuffet für Kids mit Schokoladen-Brunnen! - Es gab jeden Abend ein Unterhaltungsprogramm (Musik, Zirkus, Zauberer etc). Es war jetzt nich gerade „Hollywood-Reif“ :-), aber insbesondere auch mit Kindern toll.

We stayed for two weeks with our children (5+8), the location is great, facilities too, very clean and the staff are very friendly too. The heated pool is great with kids, and there are inflatable toys available for everyone to share, which makes for a very nice atmosphere. It is also only a very short walk to the beach, promenade and the port with numerous restaurants. The family room is very spacious. We both worked remotely from the hotel room, WiFi in room is strong and stable enough for video calls, and strong WiFi signals throughout the hotel property.

This is our fifth visit to this hotel and we have not been disappointed despite a two year gap due to the Covid pandemic. I would simply be duplicating other 5 star reviews so instead will focus on the excellent activity facilities. There are three table tennis tables (no charge), a games room, a tennis court and childrens’ organised activities. However, for me, one of the most enjoyable pastimes has been the regular inclusive Pilates/Yoga/Stretching sessions and, separately, the aqua fit moves to music in the lower swimming pool. Whether a novice or more experienced, the resident experienced instructor Carlos is an expert guide. My mobility has increased in leaps and bounds after 14 days voluntary participation, so absolutely no excuse to return home and despair at the readings of the bathroom scales after all the lovely meals!!!

This was our third stay at beautiful Hotel Cordial Mogan Playa – and I am sure that we will be back again next year. The hotel is perfectly located next to the pedestrian walkway that runs into the charming little village, just about 10 minutes walk to the promenade. This time we had a standard double room on the third floor (no 7321) with beautiful sea views and afternoon sun at the balcony (see my attached photos). The room was well equipped and comfortable. In the main bedroom there was a mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a 32-inch TV, two comfy chairs, a table and desk. The wardrobe was a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and had a shower over the bath. The hotel is always kept spotless both in rooms and the public areas. A huge congratulation to the whole housekeeping team! [...] In summary, Hotel Cordial Mogan Playa a very well-run resort offering a high standard of quality and service. We loved every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this place. Era la primera vez que visitábamos Mogán, y tengo que decir que nos pareció un pueblo precioso, maravilloso y perfecto para unas vacaciones en familia. La zona del puerto es preciosa, los atardeceres increíbles y la playa maravillosa. Y además, nos encontramos en el Cordial Mogán Playa, que no es tan sólo un hotel, es un lugar de vacaciones, una mini ciudad, un oasis … La habitación es grande, espaciosa y muy cómoda, con una terraza espectacular, en nuestro caso, con vistas a una de las piscinas y el edificio principal de recepción. Los servicios del hotel son inmejorables y superan la media de cualquier otro hotel: bolera, pistas de tenis, varias piscinas, jacuzzis, zona de juegos recreativos, guardería con actividades diarias, ejercicios diario como yoga y pilates, alquiler de bicicletas, club de buceo … El entorno o interior del recinto es como un gran jardín, y en esto tengo que dar la enhorabuena a los jardineros ya que está todo super cuidado, incluso con carteles indicando qué tipo de planta es. Todo está muy verde, agua y pequeños ríos por todos lagos, cascadas cayendo entre edificios e incluso al interior del edificio principal … sencillamente es un paraíso verde. El servicio de buffet y cena es muy bueno, hay mucha variedad de producto y además es donde se notan los detalles de un buen hotel, ya que sólo hace falta un día para que ya recuerden los nombres, dónde te sentaste y que necesitábamos una silla alta para el peque, cada día que llegábamos, allí estaba nuestra mesa de siempre preparada con la silla. Por último he de decir que este hotel nos genero mucha felicidad al estar allí y no sólo por el hecho de estar allí en familia sino de ver que toda la gente allí estaba feliz, llamémoslo felicidad al cuadrado… y lo cierto es que desde que entras por la puerta todos los empleados están sonrientes y dispuestos ha hacer de la estancia, un momento único.

Fantastic stay! Relaxed atmosphere from the start with a welcome drink when booking in and luggage taken straight to our room. Room with a very large balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens. Everywhere in the hotel from room to pool areas kept spotlessly clean, excellent choice of food at breakfast buffet including cava. Short walk to beach and local restaurants plus low key shopping, large market in resort on a Friday. Friendly staff from the housekeeping to breakfast staff and staff taking the morning fun fitness activities. Totally understand why people return year after year to this hotel, could not find any fault in the hotel at all.

Just had a lovely 12 day break at this lovely holiday. Was a little apprehensive on reports of its ‘size’ but confirm its set up and layout is like a Canadian village - it is lovely, relaxed and peaceful. We need not have worried. We did not use the pool as that is not our ‘scene’ but had a lovely quiet high balcony with view over pool and garden (this is a must) - if you like to sit on a sunny quiet balcony like us, don’t have a ‘front’ room overlooking shopping centre, or a lower floor unless you want to look at green foliage and get no sun! Breakfast could not be faulted - everything you could possibly want including smoked mackerel and proper marmalade (no marmite though!! Reception staff were exceptionally helpful. [...], they went beyond the call of duty to help with necessary return forms. Can’t thank them enough. The grounds even contain a tastefully presented archaeological burial site - very interesting and ‘different’ Evening music finished at 10 which was perfect - all in all - one of the best holiday hotels I have stayed at and can recommend 100% Past reviews often amaze me - in response to a recent poor review, can only say that (1) Pool towel replacement system was explained to us on check in - it could not be simpler (2) we did not have to carry our own towels to our room - the bellboy brought them up with our luggage (3) the staff were the most pleasant and helpful we have had anywhere (4) had 12 excellent nights sleep In Super comfy beds - never noticed any hard plastic sheeting (5) nothing wrong with our shower/bathroom (6) hotel and grounds were immaculate throughout. Thoroughly recommend

Spent a week at this lovely resort with my wife and daughter.

Everything was just perfect. Even thought the hotel is big (487 rooms), you still get a great sense of peace and quiet, as it is really well spread out and surrounded by a well kept tropical garden. We stayed in one of their junior suite and if you can pay that little extra, it’s highly recommended. Particularly with our little 2 y.o. to accommodate her early night sleep and afternoon naps we still had plenty of space for us to chill and soak in the lovely sun. Everyone we encountered was ver friendly, warm and showed a great sense of care towards our and our little girl’s needs. Breakfast in Tamaragua was very good, we particularly enjoyed the lovey ladies that were looking after the restaurant in the morning, and the chef that was cooking the most delicious omelettes. Our daughter was so touched by their attention and about how they made us feel. Dinner in the main restaurant was ok, a good selection, but if you are a foodie, it can get a bit repetitive. Please don’t let this detract you from staying here as they even have a 1 Michelin Starred restaurant and plenty of lovely little restaurants a quick stroll from the hotel. They have 2 main pools, a quite one for adults and another one where children are allowed to be themselves under the attentive eye of the lifeguard, who was a real charmer. PS they have plenty of floatable toys for children to borrow, so you don’t need to bring your own.. They also have a Spa which we didn’t use, a cactus garden, and even an archeological park with an outstanding “Mirador” to soak in the views of the beach and the Puerto, just a 10 minute walk away. Now at last the location. Simply excellent! You can walk in 5 minutes to the beach and you can come in and out of the resort from some conveniently located doors throughout the resort, without having to go via reception every time. What else… bowling alley, trampolines, cats, very well kept tropical garden, road and mountain bike rental, gym, baby club, yoga, aqua gym, live music, minidisco and the list goes on. One of the evening we met the Director of the resort and he was as charming and caring as we would have imagined, based on the interactions we previously had with his team. He told us that Cordial means “from the heart” and that’s exactly what we felt across our stay, genuine warmth and care. Great place, but most of all great people and this is why we will be back. I have just had a wonderful 10 night stay at this hotel and will definitely be going back next year. The check-in at reception on arrival was warm and welcoming and this service continued throughout our stay. The pool areas are exceptional and there is never a shortage of sunbeds. The varied fitness classes outdoor/in the pool are run by a young man who is not only an excellent keep fit instructor but has a most humorous nature and makes it all fun. There was some very good entertainment in the lounge/bar area each evening.

This is an excellent resort hotel, I agree with all the praise of the staff, facilities and location. For me, what sets Mogan Playa apart from other fine resort hotels are the architecture and the gardens. The details on the walls and floors delight as you walk around the buildings, and the facades and silhouettes against the rugged hillside are a pleasure when swimming around the pools. This is so different from the many hotel blocks in the Canaries. The gardens are extensive and more like a botanical garden than a hotel planting scheme. There are trees from around the world, including Australia, Tonga, India and of course many Canarian dragon trees. The cacti garden had some of the largest cacti I have seen. there is even a veg patch, where amongst the cauliflowers and lettuce there is a coffee bush and peppers ripening red whilst we were there (in February!) If you like a cup of tea the room has tea bags, a good kettle and sensible mugs but the only milk is coffee creamer. the supermarket just opposite reception has semi skimmed. The bus station is close to the hotel so it is easy to get around even without a hire car. Most buses go back around the coast but I recommend taking one of the buses up the valley beyond Mogan- the scenery is spectacular, and the hill villages let you see a different side to Gran Canaria. Tennis is Eu13 an hour, Eu17 with rackets and balls. Its worth booking in advance if you want to avoid the heat of midday.

Zwei Pool-Anlagen mit genügend Schirmen und Liegen. Eine mehr für Kinder, eine ruhiger mehr für Erwachsene. Frühstücks-Buffet mit großer Auswahl und ordentlicher Qualität, man konnte auch draußen sitzen. Die Junior-Suiten haben einen eigenen Frühstücks-Raum. Service in jeder Hinsicht perfekt. Entfernung zum Hafen mit vielen schönen Restaurants 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig.

The hotel grounds are espectacular, wonderful gardens and lovely courtyards, secluded spots, it’s more like a village than a hotel. All services were excellent, bars, restaurants, pools, rooms. What made the place more special was the amazing service and customer care. It cannot be faulted. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant but I would like to mention Juana and her team in the Blue Building who made our breakfast so special. Puerto de Mogán is a lovely place but if I go back it will have to be to this hotel. Absolutely fantastic.

The hotel is an oasis of calm with a most amazing team of staff who were professional and friendly and who were very friendly and welcoming. There was a good variety of food at the buffet for breakfast and dinner. Spontaneously booked 1 week with a friend of mine to get some well needed vacation. She found the hotel on TUI and we chose it as we loved the pictures of the gardens, as well as the interior. And we were not disappointed! The entire hotel is very nicely decorated, feeling very local. Lovely garden and pool area, as well as great food and drinks. And good glutenfree options! We had the half board option and it was a great choice. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices, and also dinner was very good. We ate there every evening. Drinks in the bar were also very nice and good priced. They has a specialised Gin menu and we made our way through the options during our stay. It was very calm, we were some of the younger guests being in our early 30s. But that is what we loved most - it was quiet, relaxing and low key. Everyone was friendly, both staff and other guests. All in all, we had an amazing stay and are planning to return some day! Best: The cats living on the compound were being fed right at our staircase. We love cats, so it was amazing to bond with them and watch them go about their life :)

It’s like a giant botanical garden that is also a hotel with plants, caves, running water, a walking path and huge trees. Definetely one of the most amazing places I’ve stayed! They had also separated a “play area” for kids and a “relax area” for grown ups, which was super nice as a solo adult traveler. The hotel has a bike rental shop on the premises, and I got to rent a Specialized e-bike to go up in the mountains. Very practical. 10 of 10 on staff, location, facilities and safety.

Es la segunda vez que visitamos este hotel en diciembre. Esta vez hemos viajado con nuestro hijo de 5 años y nuestra pequeña de 1 añito. Nos han alojado en un bajo en el bloque 7, con un poquito de jardín para nosotros, muy cómodo para que los niños jugasen. Un detalle muy especial es que nuestra hija tenia todos los días su puré preparado en el restaurante La Fula, sin coste alguno, esos detalles se agradece . El personal de 10, siempre atentos y muy cariñosos con los peques. Esperamos volver por tercera vez el próximo año.

Hemos estado seis días, y cada uno de ellos han sido excepcionales. El hotel es una maravilla, jardines preciosos y súper bien cuidados, todo muy limpio, piscinas muy cuidadas, aunque no las disfrute mucho, porque el agua estaba muy fría, aunque había gente que si se metió como mi marido. El desayuno y la cena espectacular, había de todo para escoger. Y que decir del personal, es una MARAVILLA, todos desde recepción, camareros etc, por cierto un apunte especial a Ángelo super simpático y muy amable con nosotros. Son todos un encanto nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Gracias por todo UN hotel de Sobresaliente.

Fantastic choice of hot and cold food for breakfast - we were very impressed! Plenty of fruit, smoothies & pancakes - which I loved! My partner even spotted breaded cauliflower in the hot food area.The waiting staff were polite, friendly and quick to offer a tea or coffee with your breakfast. The hotel grounds are stunning and kept pristine - banana trees, pomegranate, palm trees & beautiful vibrant flowers amongst many - you really are in a tropical setting. There are half a dozen or so feral cats in the hotel grounds which are well fed & cared for - and lovely to see! The swimming pool area is very attractive and the life guards cheerful and friendly. Our bed was comfy, the room exactly as in the internet photos - lovely style and very clean!

I have lost count on how many times I've stayed in this hotel over the years. It is my go to place for a winter holiday. This time I stayed for two weeks, booking direct with the hotel taking advantage of the discounts they offer through their free Club Cordial. If you are a member of the customer loyalty club, you get to reserve your room online if you pre pay for your booking. This was my first visit after the pandemic started. I was pleased to see that the grounds around the two pools have got a face lift. New tiles around the pools and all the sand/gravel areas are now replaced by artificial grass. New toilet facilities by the splash pool. Both the adult/quiet pool and the family pool are heated to a comfortable temperature. I had no problem getting a perfectly located sunbed after breakfast around 10:30 AM. For me there was no need to get up early to reserve a sunbed with the beach towel. There are plenty of sunbeds and it is no problem finding beds that have sun all day. There are also shaded areas. You can swap beach towels every morning by the pools. The breakfast buffet continues to be great, although the regulars might miss some of the dishes such as the poached pears and the black pudding. There is still plenty of variety to keep me happy for 14 days. The omelet station for a custom made omelet is a treat! I wish that the hot vegetables (broccoli and cauliflower) were not so soggy and cocked to death. Like another recent reviewer mentioned: Their approach to hygiene was excellent and their C-19 protocol was good - everyone had to wear masks in the restaurants, and all indoor areas. In addition there are hand sanitizers everywhere. My room and terrace were spotlessly clean. My review is based on the fact that I have long relationship with this hotel. I notice that some reviewers mention that the hotel is dated. However, for me the hotel is a unique grand old dame with lush gardens. It has a tranquil vibe and is very quiet. I stayed next door at the Radisson last year and it wasn't for me; too modern, broken sunbeds, and too many families with young kids. The buffet had slightly lower standard and variety

Selten so etwas Schönes gesehen (vor allem wenn man das auch noch mit den "Betonbunkern" in den Nachbarorten vergleicht). Auch Service und Verpflegung des Hotels sind ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen. Sehr schöne und geräumige Unterkunft (wir hatten uns eine Junior Suite erlaub: sehr empfehlenswert). Großzügiges Poolbereich mit immer ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten. Angenehmes Publikum im November (viele aus Nordeuropa). Puerto de Mogan ist auch ein hübscher Urlaubsort (nicht umsonst auch unter den Top Ten der Reiseziele auf Gran Canaria). Zusammenfassend: alles hat gepasst in diesem Hotel.

We were delighted to get back to this hotel. Their approach to hygiene was excellent and their C-19 protocol was good - everyone had to wear masks in the restaurants, and all indoor areas. Clearly this approach did not please everyone - personally I was very happy. Our junior suite was perfectly cleaned daily, food was excellent and the staff were as friendly and helpful as ever. The gardens were up to their usual standard, the spa treatment was excellent (back massage).

Three of us on a 10 day break . Having an 87 year old with us we needed to consider quite a few things before booking . Overall a lovely place , the gardens and pools sell the place as they are beautiful and plenty to see and walk around offering sun and shade . The hotel is spread out in blocks and we were in the yellow block near the lower pool. We found it a halfway point between the reception and restaurant and the lower gates to walk into town. The walk into the town and seafront would take approx 5 minutes then a further couple of minutes into the port and all the restaurants . Although plenty of restaurants before the port . The lifts at the hotel could be a little temperamental at times which with an 87 year old could be frustrating . The breakfast buffet was very good with vast choice . The attitude towards covid was good and continual throughout as always reminded people to wear masks if anyone forgot . Plenty of gel everywhere around all the hotel . The bedrooms are huge and the beds comfortable and clean. But very very dated . If your not fussed about that then it’s fine . Decent size balcony too with all rooms . Entertainment we found was ok. Some nights better than others . The lounge it was held in was nice and reminded us of being on a cruise ship . The staff were pleasant and helpful at all times . Some issue in my fathers room with coffee and creamers never being replaced . We had the buffet one night and it was ok … but that’s all. But we are generally not buffet people and prefer to eat in town . The biggest thing we felt that was massively missing was somewhere to have a drink outdoors in the evening . There’s nowhere other than reception area where there’s a big bar and piano . The two pool bars were never open in the evening . For us , we love to sit outside with a drink on holiday , so couldn’t do that in this hotel. The restaurant was mainly indoor seating with some outside seats that were in shade mostly so felt chilly some mornings . It’s a convenient location and the pools and gardens are amazing and plenty of sun beds in sun or shade . Overall a pleasant experience and was the right place for the ur elderly father to navigate around as it was mostly lever and easy underfoot .

Es gibt zwei Pools, einen für Familien und einen Ruhepool. An beiden Pools gibt es Bars und Restaurants Die Hotelanlage ist ansprechend aufgebaut und ist gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die COVID-Standards werden eingehalten und beim Abendessen gibt es zwei Gruppen. Jeder Gast hat seinen festen Platz über den Zeitraum des Aufenthalts. Ich habe im Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt im komme gerne wieder hier her.

We recently stayed at this hotel for our 28th wedding anniversary, after a bit of a mix up via email regarding a bottle of cava in our room which was sorted out very well we found this hotel a dream, the planting is out of this world! Everything was clean and tidy, staff were just lovely, and breakfast was plentiful! We ate at the "snack bar" a few times and this was also just perfect, really nice to see a decent menu, of interesting well cooked food, served by really pleasant staff, the only thing we would have liked was that this could have been open for an evening drink or light bites, as we both said we would have used this every night as we love to sit out. Our room over looked the pool which was a great place to while away an early evening on our balcony. Cleaning staff made sure everything was just right as well. I would highly recommend this hotel as it was beyong what we expected and we hope to return. Thank you to ALL staff for a wonderful holiday, you are doing amazing!

He pasado 3 días en el hotel , el trato ha sido EXCEPCIONAL. Desde que que llegamos en rececpcion todos muy amables, en el bar, y el socorrista de la piscina junto a la recepción (no se su nombre :-( ) muy amable y con unos Ojazos ! Voy mucho a Gran Canaria y puedo decir que pronto repetiré y volveré a este hotel. Respecto a la comida solo hemos cogido desayuno , y puedo asegurar que estupendo todo y las medias Covid para felicitarles por lo bien que lo hacen. By far the biggest and best Hotel we have ever stayed in !! Immaculate !! COVID Safe ! Arrived late to a packed lunch because we had missed our evening meal , a really nice gesture , thank you ! Rooms were spacious and lovely complimentary bathroom products including shower gel , hairdryer was fab. Shower over the bath which I loved as I don’t have a bath at home , it’s a real treat to have both. Plenty storage space in room , small fridge and a couple of relaxing chairs and table. Es uno de los hoteles o quizás el que más me ha gustado de todos los que llevo visitados, el hotel infunde tranquilidad, es un verdadero jardín botánico, está increíblemente limpio a pesar de tanta vegetación, en las piscinas no hay el más mínimo rastro de hongos o humedades, y el agua siempre cristalina, el buffet es supercompleto y reponen muy rápido, pero lo mejor es el personal super amable y eficiente. Me ha encantado la habitación es amplia y muy limpia, las piscinas son grandes y el servicio en el bar La Fula es excelente. El restaurante tiene una gran variedad de comida. En general me han encantado todas las estancias del hotel. Lo que deberían poner un uniforme de verano a los trabajadores porque con estas temperaturas tan altas pasan muchísimo calor, especialmente en la piscina y el restaurante que está junto a esta. Por lo demás es un hotel muy bonito y el servicio es excelente. Recomendado para todo el mundo.

Hotel de altísimo nivel en todos los aspectos. La habitación grande, cómoda y muy bien cuidada. La terraza grande y agradable. Las piscinas equipadísimas con innumerables tumbonas, jacuzzi y servicio de bar. El buffet variadísimo con detalles de alto nivel. El personal, muy amable y atento. El paisajismo del hotel sorprendente, con estanques, cascadas, peces, pájaros canarios y multitud de especies de flora adornando cada rincón. El estilo arquitectónico muy acertado para el lugar, repartiendo las habitaciones en distintos edificios con pasillos al aire libre. Los servicios de ocio del hotel... completísimos: piscinas, bolera, pingpong, tenis, club infantil, sala de fiestas y hasta un yacimiento arqueológico con restos prehispánicos. Y, por supuesto, el magnífico Spa y el restaurante con estrella michelín, para completar el conjunto. Un hotelazo de 4 estrellas que fácilmente podría pasar por 5, de precio bajo para lo que ofrece y que irremediablemente te deja con las ganas de volver.

We're not 'big resort' type people but we loved our stay. The service was fantastic, the breakfast were super and we loved the pool area and the gorgeous lush gardens. It was only 30% full due to covid which was great for us (we like a quieter holiday venue). The room was a great size, very comfortable. The hotel is well placed, near the port which has great restaurants. We highly recommend this place.

We just finished our 8 day stay here. We had two rooms ( double and superior). Lovely hotel and would highly recommend. Rooms: very clean, soft sheets and mattresses comfortable. We asked for extra pillows and slept like kings. Rooms were large and had a gift fruit basket and bottle of wine. In hindsight, I would have just gotten two double rooms. The grounds were impeccable clean. Beautiful garden and the pools big and warm. It was not crowed so no problem finding a place to lay down. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spa a must. We loved our massages. The buffet has all you need and it’s better than most hotels we have stayed out. Variety, well stocked and clean. It does get repetitive after a few days and they could improve some of the dishes ( most of the vegetable dishes are with frozen veggies) and the dessert tray is very processed. The hotel really lacks control over drink orders so check your bill before you leave in case you were accidentally charged. We would definitely repeat and recommend. Good value for your money.

Where to start? This hotel and location is briljant. The hotel has beautiful rooms. We had a senior suite with 3 rooms and 2 bathroom in a very well laid down garden. The room even had its own garden. Attention for the details; even the soap is (still) paid attention to. The 2 main pools have salt water and cushioned beds in different corners. Separate towels for the swimming pool are provides. The food in the blue building, pool bar and main building is very good. Go to the 1 Michelin star restaurant if you like. The staff is very friendly and cordial. Receptionists, waiters, cooks, gardeners, pool and cleaning staff ... everybody takes really good care of you. Service is outstanding. Where do you find a hotel with staff bringing you printed boarding passes? I did not check out the bowling, jumping park or spa. Played some nice games of tennis tough. There is a good diving and snorkeling shop at the premises. The hotel is in a windless valley near the sea, beach and beautiful old port of Mogan. Seen a lot of hotels but this is probably one of the best in the world.

Aniversario inolvidable

Hemos celebrado nuestro 45 aniversario de boda, no tengo palabras para describir la experiencia en este hotel, para empezar, el hotel es una maravilla con un jardín botánico en su interior. Nos tenían decorada la habitación con globos corazón, pétalos, champán, cesta de frutas… En el restaurante El Guayres la cena estrella michelin, fue el colofón a una semana inolvidable. Todo es maravilloso, desde el ambiente hasta el personal, por nombrar a algunos, Marta la gobernanta, José el socorrista, y en especial Eugenio Guadalmez q se desvivió porque la experiencia que vivimos superara nuestra expectativas. Muchas gracias porque estos días hayan sido una de nuestras mejores experiencias!!!

Excellent, despite some changes due to Covid restrictions

We spent two weeks here from the 11 - 25 June, 2021. The hotel was very quiet except at the weekends, with very few UK tourists. We enjoyed the wonderful, peaceful atmosphere on this, our ninth visit to our favourite hotel. I emailed the hotel before departure to request the same junior suite we stayed in during our previous visit, number 9111, and helped by the fact that the hotel occupancy was quite low, our wish was granted. The beautiful refurbishments carried out during the pandemic period have made the hotel even more stunning - no more horrendous gravel sections round the pools, and a more spacious and imaginative arrangement of tables and food stations in the main buffet. There was only one sitting for the evening meal and guests could dine at any time during the period the buffet was open, between 6.30 and 10 pm. We are booked to return later this year in September, and we can't wait! Familiar, friendly faces among the staff, especially Sofia!

Fin de semana inolvidable

La semana pasada estuvimos pasando el fin de semana en el hotel. En principio teníamos nuestras dudas debido a nuestras alergias pero desde el primer momento, nos dieron total seguridad y confianza en todo momento. El Director de alimentos y bebidas, Eugenio Gualdámez se volcó con nosotros y nos transmitió una enorme empatía que agradecimos muchísimo. Mi pareja tiene la enfermedad celíaca y yo soy alérgica a la Proteína de la leche de la vaca (APLV), Frutos secos, algunas frutas, intolerancia a la lactosa. Como sé ve es una alergia complicada para poder comer fuera y ellos se volcaron en todo momento elaborándonos platos especiales sin contaminación cruzada. Queríamos agradecer a Juan Luis, jefe de cocina de noche y a Francisco González, jefe de cocina en los desayunos. Por lo demás, la limpieza, las instalaciones, y confort fueron inmejorables. Deseando volver para pasar unos días con esta gran familia

Hotel maravilloso, increíble solo 4 estrellas. El hotel más bonito donde he estado en mi vida. Las instalaciones hay que verlas para poder opinar. Fantásticas. Limpieza extrema. Piscinas climatizadas con jacuzzi incorporado con agua celeste y transparente. Cada esquina esta cuidada con un enorme esmero y una decoración difícil de calificar. El desayuno con vistas a la cascada de película. Sólo entrar te das cuenta que entras en un sitio muy especial y distinto a todo.

Unsere Zimmer waren Top. Vom Balkon aus konnten wir auf die Poollandschaft und die Bucht bis hin zum Meer blicken. Alles war immer sehr sauber. Das Personal war steht sehr Freundlich. Die vielen Blumen und die Architektur sind wirklich eine Augenfreude. Mir persönlich hat auch der Hoteleigene zugang zur Nekropolis direkt im Hang sehr gefallen. Überall standen Desinfektionsmittel zur Verfügung. Alles wurde sofort wieder desinfiziert.

Al igual que los clientes nos tomamos nuestro tiempo a la hora de ser críticas en relación a sus estancias en los hoteles de Canarias, creo que es necesario poner el valor el buen hacer de hoteles como el suyo. Hoy he acudido con un familiar al Spa Inagua y también hemos almorzado en el buffet. Mis más sinceras felicitaciones por el personal tan atento y servicial con el que cuentan. Más allá de lo bonito que es el hotel, nos hemos sentido como en casa gracias a los empleados del spa, los camareros del buffet (en especial Juani) y los recepcionistas. Tanto ha sido así que me he encargado personalmente de subir a mis historias de instagram imágenes y vídeos de nuestra estancia y se lo he recomendado a todo el que me ha consultado al respecto. Sin duda volveremos y esperamos que continúen así

Als Gast fällt es schwer zu glauben, auf einer Insel mit Massentourismus zu sein. Die wunderschöne und großzügige Gartenanlage, das Zwitschern der zahlreichen Vögel etc.: paradiesisch! Der Ort des Hotels Mogán wunderbar, etwas abgelegen mit netten Restaurants, hübschen Läden, sauberen Strand, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Für kühlere Nächte erhielten wir einen kleinen Radiator vom Hotel. Frühstück großzügig und vielseitig. Abendessen in Buffetform normal-man kann ja sehr leicht in die umliegenden Restaurants ausweichen. Gerne würden wir wieder kommen.

La estancia fue una maravilla! Nos alojamos mi pareja (ambos residentes de la isla) y yo en la habitación Luna de Miel, que incluye jacuzzi en la terraza, y fue genial. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario, incluido una nevera por si quieres llevar algo, y el jacuzzi estaba muy limpio y con una agradable temperatura para no salir de él en otoño/invierno. Tumbonas muy cómodas también. El personal muy atento desde el primer momento, nos ayudaron a llevar el equipaje, nos explicaron cualquier duda, etc. Las medidas de coronavirus se cumplen, te sientes segur@. El desayuno y la cena también nos encantaron! Variedad, calidad y buena presentación. Ubicación cercana a la zona del puerto (unos 10-15 minutos caminando). El hotel tiene muchas especies de flora que merece la pena ir viendo mientras paseas. Para repetir!

Fantástico hotel familiar con todos los servicios y la mejor atención. La piscina de agua caliente es muy agradable, sobre todo para los niños. El buffet de desayuno están bastante bien y tiene, además, restaurante estrella Michelin que no visité porque soy, aunque me duela, un poco tieso. El hotel dispone, además, de una pista de tenis muy correcta en la que pude dar unas clases con Jordi, gran profe y gran tío.

"Este hotel de estilo colonial es un verdadero placer para los sentidos. Rodeado por todas partes de colores y de un universo botánico. Debido a las restricciones por la Covid no pudimos disfrutar de todos los servicios del hotel, pero los que estaban abiertos cumplieron todas nuestras expectativas. Con mención especial para el Spa y sobre todo la profesionalidad del centro de masajes (no hay que perdérselos). La comida es buena y variada. Pero todo esto sería anecdótico sin la amabilidad de todo el personal del hotel. Con un trato exquisito y una paciencia infinita. Experiencia excelente, el trato y atendimiento del personal espectacular. Desde el primer momento fuimos atendidos de 10. Las instalaciones están muy bien y los apartamentos amplios con terrazas grandes. Mención especial para el encargado de comedor que nos atendió muy bien y para el personal de recepción que se portaron increíble con nosotros. El hotel está preparado con todas las medidas antiCovid y nos sentimos seguros en todo momento. Espero poder volver de nuevo.
